Ch.23 Fairy's Revenge

It was the middle of the night, and Faybelle was wide awake. She quietly put on some gloves and carefully scooped up the iron chain without waking up her pet Pom- Pomeranian Spindle and her roommate Bunny. She then placed a black bag in her purse as she went out her dorm. Making sure that no one was in sight, Faybelle made her way down the hall and to Farrah's dorm. She then began to use her magic to quietly pick the lock, and soon she turned the knob and slowly opened the door. She peeked in and saw that Farrah and her roommate Meeshell Mermaid were fast asleep. Faybelle quietly went into the room and made it to Farrah's bed.

But before she could begin, she heard a tiny squeak, she turned and saw Farrah's mouse Clydesdale wide awake and continued squeaking at her. Knowing that he was trying to wake up his owner, Faybelle quickly pulled out the black bag from her purse and reached her hand in and sprinkled some dust onto the mouse, and soon it gave a yawn as it went back to sleep. Faybelle gave a sneaky smile as the bag, she knew it was a good idea to bring  sleeping powder.

After that, Faybelle quietly pulled out the iron chain with her gloved hands and got to work. After she finished, before she was about to leave, she spotted something on Farrah's desk, she saw that it was her wand. Knowing that Farrah couldn't create magic without her wand, Faybelle took the wand too and she went out the dorm. As she made her way back to her dorm, she couldn't get the evil smile off her face.

The next morning, as Faybelle was sleeping, a loud scream was heard that woke her and Bunny up.

"What was that?" Bunny asked with a worried look.

"I don't know" Faybelle said as they got up and went out their dorm.

They followed the sound of frightened voices and came upon a group of people who were surrounding Farrah. They pushed their way through the crowd and saw Farrah. There were tears in her eyes and her skin was paler from the magic that had drained from her body, and they realized why. Her wings were gone! And all were left on her back were two burned marks from where her wings used to be.

"What happened to your wings?" Bunny asked with a worried look.

"I- I don't know" Farrah said with a sad look "I just woke up and they were gone!"

"How could this of happened?" Ashlynn asked as she tried to comfort Farrah.

Faybelle tried to hide her smile, her revenge was working.

"Not only that" Farrah added "My wand is missing!"

"Your wand?" everyone gasped.

"It was on my desk and now it's gone!"

"You think someone came into your room, stole your wings and your wand?" Raven asked.

"Maybe" Farrah said "But who would do such a thing?"

"Beats me" Faybelle said, hiding her sarcasm.

"So what do we do?" Bunny asked.

"We need to find the person who did this" Ashlynn said "Without her wings and wand, Farrah's powerless".

Soon everyone left to search for Farrah's wings and wand.

"I just don't understand who would do this" Farrah said.

"Don't worry" Faybelle said "I'm sure we'll find your wings and wand".

"Thanks Faybelle" Farrah sighed.

As they went their separate ways, Faybelle couldn't stop thinking about how much pride she felt.

After Natalie and Gregg had left, Danielle went to a corner of the thrift shop and sat at a table containing a sewing machine. There she started to work on some fabric. Letting her fingers guide the fabric, she was finally able to finish her piece. Pulling it out from the sewing machine, she examined the shirt. She admired how blue and flowly it was and how it shined in the sun that shown through the windows. But then she heard the doors open, she turned and saw Scott, Julie, and Tara standing in the entrance. She put the shirt down and went up to them.

"Hey guys" she smiled.

"Hey Danielle" Julie said "We were wondering if you could help us".

"Sure what can I help you with?"

"Well uh..." Tara showed her Dylan as a frog.

"Why do you have a frog?" Danielle asked.

"It's not just a frog" Tara said "It's Dylan".

"Dylan?"

"He was turned into a frog by Mira" Scott said.

"Mira?" Danielle gasped.

"Didn't you get the text from Hailee saying that Mira was in Storybrooke and we have to look out for her?" Julie asked.

"Yeah I got it" Danielle said "And she turned Dylan into a frog?"

"That's what he said" Julie pointed to the frog.

"So what do you need my help with?"

"We were wondering if you can turn him back into a human" Scott said.

"Oh" Danielle said with a sad look "Guys I'm sorry but- I can't turn him back if I don't have my wand".

"Well where is it?" Tara asked.

"I don't know, I haven't seen it since the curse happened. And beside, even if I did have my wand my magic can only last until midnight".

"Oh" they all said sadly.

"I can't believe I forgot about that" Julie said.

"I'm sorry guys" Danielle said sadly "But I can't help you".

"Then does that mean Dylan is gonna be a frog forever?" Tara asked with a worried look.

"Well there are two ways you can try to turn him back" Danielle said "You can try to get Mira to turn him back".

"But we can't find her" Scott said "And even if we did I doubt she'll turn him back".

"What's the other way?" Julie asked.

"Well since he's the son of the Frog Prince, the best way is what happens in the story, he turns back by true love's kiss".

Everyone gasped.

"Exactly" Scott gasped.

"But, who's Dylan's true love?" Julie asked.

"I don't think there's any girl who's his true love" Scott said.

"Who knows" Danielle said "Maybe there is, you just have to find her".

Tara looked at the frog, knowing that she's been crushing on him for a long time, she wondered; Is she his true love?

"Well in that case" Scott said "Let's find this girl".

"Good luck" Danielle said as they all left.

As they all went down the sidewalk, Tara couldn't stop thinking about if she was Dylan's true love. And can her kiss turn him back?
