Hey guys! So this is an entirely new story that I just thought of where Gwen is diagnosed with cancer and with the limited time they have left, her and Peter try making the most of their relationship. It sounds awful and you probably hate me but I promise there will be a lot of Gweter just please bear with me!

By the way, in this story, I am going to pretend that Gwen had cancer once before, but it came back. I am aware this is not the actual character's case, but this is something I'm adding, because after all, it is fan fiction! ;)

PLEASE NOTE- This takes place in between The Amazing Spider-Man movies, and Peter isn't with Gwen at the moment because he is trying to keep the promise to her father.

Anyways, please read and don't me afraid to tell me what you think because I love to hear all of your thoughts!

I know this is really short but they should be getting much longer! With all of that said, here's the first chapter......

~Okay please keep in mind- the username at the bottom of each chapter was my first username and what I used when I first started writing on Wattpad. This is not my current username, but instead of going through each chapter and updating I am letting you all know here. It is still me here!~

"No, no, no." Gwen shook her head but she knew it was true. Slowly she sunk to the ground, sobs racking her entire body. This couldn't be happening, she had her entire future planned out ahead of her. She was going to graduate with honors, go to school at Oxford, have a future with Peter, but none of that could happen now.

Her mother tried comforting her but it was no use. What was the point in lying to herself? She had to face the harsh, cold reality. She was falling, down a long dark hole where no one, not even Spider-Man could save her.

"I'm terribly sorry, Miss. Stacy," the doctor said, but his words only made Gwen cry harder. She didn't need his stupid pity, all she wanted was Peter, but if course, he wasn't there. He was somewhere saving New York City, but the person who truly needed saving, was in a hospital room, sobbing harder than ever before, feeling sad, angry, detached, but most of all, loneliness.
