Chapter 28

I check my hair again is the mirror and exhale, I feel as though I don't belong here, Caleb hasn't said much to me, I know there whole family knows and it puts me even more on edge.
I haven't seen her yet, so I walk out into the hall, bumping into hayley who quickly slides back in the door.

"He's in the hall" she says, I know she's talking to annie.
"Uhg, I think I'm the most nervous person here and I'm not the one getting married!" She laughs, and so do the other people in the room.
Only I know what she's referring to, and maybe hayley, she's nervous about seeing me, not nervous for Abby and Caleb.
I quickly walk in and take my seat, in the back, with no one I know.
It doesn't take long for her to walk out, she looks stunning in her maroon lace dress.
All the bridesmaids are wearing them, but hers fits her perfectly.
I can't take my eyes off her, for the first thirty minutes I just stare, I know she can sense it but I don't care.
It gets to the point where I can't take it anymore, I want to run up on the stage and apologize for all the stupid crap I've done.
I know she's not going to forgive me, I'd marry her if I had to, and that saying a lot, I don't like the idea of marriage, something about it bugs me but with her it just doesn't seem so bad.
I shake my head as if to get rid of the thought of it.
I can't take it anymore, I get up and walk out of the room.
It's almost like I can feel her confusion when I stop staring.
I roam the halls look for a bathroom.
I finally find it and stay there till its time for the reception.
