"Brennan" I pause. "I want to, badly, but who will walk me down the isle? My mom won't be there to help me get ready, I'm afraid it won't be a happy wedding" I frown. "Annie, we can wait as long as you want, right now it's just a promise, and my other promise to you is that things will get better, they will" he squeezes my hand. He makes up scenarios, saying Caleb could walk me down the isle, and Abby would be by my side to help me get ready. But I fear Caleb will be unhappy about the wedding, I sigh. "There's nothing in the apartment yet, so how about we wait till tomorrow to tour it and go home and rest?" He asks. "I'm tired of just moping around, and as much as I want to be with you it would be good to see Arden, and you could talk to Caleb and get his permission, because trust me, I want a real proposal, roses, music, and of course a ring" I smirk. He nods his head yes as I pull out my phone to text Arden. When she finally pulls up and I'm about to get out of the car Brennan kisses me, "one question" he says, and I nod my head for him to continue. "Is that a yes?" He smiles. "Yes" I kiss him once more before I step out of the car.
