"Drake can I speak to you for a moment?" He looked up from the tv and paused for a moment thinking of what Shod had to possibly talk to him about.

"Sure." He stood up and followed Shod, he looked over at Tae while she sat at the kitchen table with her mom, sister, and aunts.

"Um I'm not sure if Tae told you, but me and her found out that Jazmine has been setting her up for altercations so she could basically sell the stories to the blogs. That's why she hasn't been around, Tae is... I guess keeping her distance from her so she doesn't kill her. We found all the nonsense in her phone." Drake frowned realizing this was why Tae was acting the way she was in the car, this was why she was so quiet. This was why she repeated his words. His jaw clenched as he looked back at Tae. Shod paused for a moment then took a breathe. "I didn't tell Tae everything I found in Jazmine's phone. I don't know the situation between you and Tae and that's not my business to know, but Jazmine had some information in her phone that happened between you and Melissa." Drakes eyes widened, his face drawn very tight.

"What information?"

"I situation that transpired between you and Melissa while Tae was away in New York." Shod went further into details letting him know he indeed knew what happened. "I just wanted to give you a far warning, and I'm sure you know that bitch better than I do, but you need to talk to Tae before Melissa does."

Tae spending time with her family was exactly what she needed, she had pushed Jazmine's nonsense out her head, not completely but a majority of it. Drake however wasn't sure how to approach Tae. What is done in the dark will eventually come to the light was an understatement to him, and it just had to be with a woman of such petty behavior. He knew Melissa was spiteful but this definitely showed just how bitter she was. He knew this was his fault and he knew he had to fix it. This would one day make for a hell of a song.

New Year's Eve in the Magic City was always a big deal, and bringing in 2015 was no different. Miami's 24/7 nightclub E11even announced a week before Christmas that Drake would be performing for its New Year's Eve Party. It would cost $300 a ticket to see the 6ix God up close and personal, but that didn't stop people from buying up the tickets and leaving the venue sold out.

It was safe to say that 2015 was unquestionably the biggest year of Drake's already very impressive career. February, he released the surprise mixtape turned album If You're Reading This It's Too Late, which received a collective "Ayyy" from his fans and even critics, once again leaving us with more catchphrase and even more quotes for us to stick as a caption under our Instagram posts.

He began a successful process of melting his image as rap's dorky younger brother, by beefing up and growing a full beard. Going from hating to sleep alone, to calling her a uber because he clearly had somewhere else to be. Meek Mill tried to start a "beef" in July after Drake didn't Tweet about Meek's new album. That feud seemed to leave Meek within an inch of his life and taught us all that maybe light skin  men weren't as soft as we all thought. Whether it was the grown man facial hair or the new ego that came with bench pressing 100 extra pounds. Drake was a lot more ruthless than he had ever been in the past.

After that, Drake continued to capture minds when he teamed up with Future for yet another surprise mixtape, What a Time to Be Alive. And when most normal people would probably take a much-deserved nap, he release a music video for "Hotline Bling" a video that looked like a intro to The Cosby Show. It proved once and for all it is impossible for Drake to do no wrong. And would you believe he had the nerve to do this all while putting together his fifth album, Views From the 6, that's rumored to be dropping in Who Knows When, and will probably be so good it'll make you end your relationship with your significant other so you can get the true feelings of a Drake song.

Drake had truly pushed the envelope, and solidified his spot at the top. Tae sat on a stool off to the side of the stage watching Drake's rehearsal, he was so particular in everything he did, every step, every sound, every beat. Songs, were switched out and replaced with others, intros were changed and made shorter or longer. He knew how he liked things and where he liked them. He even had them take apart the stage and piece it back together in a different section of the flooring, making it easier for fans to see him every which way he turned, leaving no blind spots. After years of preforming Drake had mastered seeing things through a fans eyes. And that's what made him so particular, that's what made him take longer on his music than we'd probably like him to take. It was because he wanted it perfect and if it wasn't then his fans didn't deserve it.
