"Giirrrlll! You left that theme park you call a home to come stay here with my ass!?" Jazmine spoke with curiosity as she questioned Tae, referring to her leaving the YOLO Estate
"Jaz please, not right now, I'm not in the mood to talk about this." Tae said back as she sat on the tile floor of the front entrance to Jazmine's home.
"I'm just asking...... What you gone do ignore the man forever?.... Y'all broken up? Or is this one of them we on a break type shit." Jazmine continued, she was Tae's best friend and was definitely the opposite of Tae personality-wise. She was a beautiful high yellow woman, very shapely with a very short hair cut. She was one of the first models Tae had met when she got to California at 19 "you really left that man two weeks before his birthday?" Jazmine asked with her face scrunched up looking at Tae.
"Jazz-Man. PLEASE!" Tae spat back at her not wanting to talk about the situation.
"Alright, alright. My bad, I was just askin." Jazmine said back with her hands up in defense, she grabbed the wine glass that held the deep red colored wine and sipped it as she looked over the glass at Tae.
Tae honestly had nothing to say to Drake, she had been nothing but honest with him. Whenever he asked her about an old fling or what she was doing with this and that person. She was honest. Drake knew she wasn't interested in entertaining Draya or even wanting to be back with her, but Drake himself went against his own rule of thumb. When he saw the pictures of Tae and Draya he shot first and asked questions after.

"I seen the pics and I assumed she was doing shit behind my back." Drake said as he stood at the kitchen island counter his upper body propped up on his elbows and his head in his hands.
"Why would she link up with her in that way bro! She can't stand the woman, their relationship ended bad. You know that." Chubbs hissed back at his friend looking at him.
"Then why would she go see her." Drake said back. Lifting his head up to see Chubbs facial expression.
"She probably went to cuss her out for doing them tacky ass interviews and bringing up y'alls name!" Chubbs said giving Drake a stale face. He shook his head and stepped back from Drake leaning his body against the counters across from his friend.
"That girl loves you bro, YOU THE ONLY NIGGA LINKED TO HER RELATIONSHIP WISE. She don't even fuck with dudes! She not one of them IG models that you just fuck wit on the weekends! She don't need you to get poppin for popularity, she don't need your co-sign bro! She been walking runways since she was 14, she on first name basis with people that even YOU wish you had connects too. You questioned that woman about loyalty twice and didn't need to, and YOU of all people should know how the media and paparazzi play games......You think that woman gives a fuck about you being 'Drake' you think she gives a fuck about you being a multi platinum selling artists, she fucks with Aubrey! She fucks with YOU! Not the life Drake got you." Chubbs speech continued but he quickly cut himself short. Drake's head was back in his hands as he shook it side to side listening to him speak.
Drake knew Chubbs was right. He wasn't dealing with some on the strip chick, some bottle service female, the stripper turned IG Model. He was dealing with someone that was already established. Drake let past situations get the best of him. As soon as he saw pictures of Tae in the presences of her ex, his thoughts immediately went to what he dealt with while with Rihanna. One minute she was with him, the next he was looking at pics of her hanging out with her ex and the two wouldn't speak a word to one another for weeks.
Sure it made for great music, but he was getting too old for the back and forth, the childish high school games of a woman not knowing what she wanted. It was bad enough that sometimes HE didn't know what he wanted, but at least he'd have a stable female to guide and show him exactly what he needed. Drake was so caught up in his feelings and emotions that he didn't realize that Tae was that woman. He knew his feelings were strong about her, he knew he loved her, but he also once had strong feelings for Rihanna, he once loved her. Loved her enough to roughly base a Grammy award-winning album on the relationship he had with her, but he needed to understand Tae and Rihanna were two completely different women.
