I am so glad that I am about to start filming for our new YouTube channel! I have absolutely no idea why I was so scared earlier to be honest. We called Ethan and Grayson to come and help us get the spot to film set up. They let us borrow their lights because we haven't bought any yet. They also helped us come up with an idea for our video: the #FirstVideo tag. I'm pretty sure that this is not a real tag, but it will catch on, I'm sure of it. The #FirstVideo tag is basically just a tag where you have to answer questions about the first video that you ever put on YouTube. You can do this tag as your first video or you can do it about your first video.
For example, how long it took to film, how you came up with the video idea, any preparations, etc. Addi and I picked out five questions to answer in this video. We have also decided that we are going to be consistent in uploading our videos, so we are going to update every Thursday. The five questions that we are going to answer in this video are:
1. How long did it take you guys to film this video?
2. How did you come up with the idea for this video?
3. What preparations were needed in order for you to make this video?
4. Why did you decide to start making YouTube videos in the first place?
5. Who are your influences on YouTube?
Addison's Point of View
We are just now sitting down to start filming our YouTube video and I am really, really pumped!
M: Hey guys! I'm Madi!
A: And I'm Addi!
M&A: And we are the ... Smith Twins!
A: Since this is our first video here on YouTube, we decided that we should film the #FirstVideo tag.
M: If you don't know what the #FirstVideo tag is, it is just basically a tag where you answer questions about your first video.
M&A: Let's get started!
M: Question one: How long did it take you guys to film this video?
A: Um ... I'd say about half an hour by the time this is all over. Ok! Question number two: How did you guys come up with the idea for this video?
M: With the help of our amazing friends, Ethan and Grayson, better known as, The Dolan Twins! Question three: What preparations were needed for you to make this video; or in other words, how did you prepare for the making of this video?
A: Well, since we don't have any lights yet, we had to borrow some from Ethan and Grayson that we mentioned earlier in this video. Other than that, nothing much else. Ok! Next, question four: What made you guys decide to start making YouTube videos on the first place?
M: Well, if you guys have seen the video that we were in on the Dolan Twins' channel, we were in that video to see how their fans would react to us. If they reacted positively, then we would make a YouTube channel. If they reacted negatively, then we wouldn't make a YouTube channel. Obviously, they had mostly positive reactions, so here we are now! Question five this, is the last question,: Who are your influences on YouTube?
A: As we have said before, Ethan and Grayson were both a big influence in our YouTube channel. Without them, we literally wouldn't be here right now. Thanks guys for everything you have done for us. Guys, you should go check them out, link will be in the description.

After we finished filming the video, we edited it. When we re-watched the video, it was perfect. Them, we uploaded it to YouTube and went to sleep. I am excited to see what the fans will think of us. I wonder what will happen ...
