Doubling Dolan (A Dolan Twin Fanfiction)

The Date

Madison's Point of View 

It is almost 6:00 so I decided to go and get Addi. Addi and I are going to get ready together for our double date with Ethan and Grayson tonight. I haven't ever been on a double date before, so I'm pretty excited. When I went into Addi's room, she was sleeping. "Pssssst. Addi. Wake up. It's time for our date!" I whisper- yelled. She woke up and said, "What time is it?" "Almost six." I said. "Oh my gosh. I better get up!" I just laughed at that. When she finally rolled out of bed, we picked her outfit out first, so she could get dressed. We picked out a plain white shirt with short sleeves and a black skirt with black and white Vans. 

Then, we picked out my outfit. It was a pale pink shirt with short sleeves and black leggings. After we both got dressed, we decided that we should do our hair next. I curled Addison's hair and braided a little piece of her hair and then pinned it back with a bobby pin. Then, for mine, Addi straightened it and took a little piece of my hair and pinned it back with a bobby pin. Now it's time for makeup. 

I started with Addi's eyes. I did a winged eyeliner with a light pink shade for the eyeshadow. After that, I applied a little bit of mascara. Next, I moved down her face to the lips. I did a pale pink shade of lip gloss to tie the whole look together. I smiled and said, "Perfect!" Then she did my makeup she did practically the exact same thing except for she did a light brown shade of eyeshadow instead of a light pink color.

When we were done, I unlocked my phone to look at the time. It was 6:45, "done just in time!" I said to Addi releaved that we weren't going to be late to our first double date with Ethan and Grayson. We walked down to the living room and say in the couch before E and G got here. I went on my phone and checked all of my social media accounts for any new  followers. I honestly don't care how many followers I have, but when I get just one new one, it makes me smile. 

Just then, I heard a knock at the door. I looked over to Addi and said, "there here!" She just gave me those looks like 'I know that, silly!' And I laughed. I walked over to the door and opened it. "Woah." Ethan and Grayson said in unison. "You guys look amazing." They said still in unison. I smiled and could feel myself blushing. "Are you guys ready to go?" They asked us. "Yes." We said. I am super excited. I hope that this night is as special as I hope it is going to be. I hope that this is a night that I will be able to remember for the rest of my life. Even if I don't end up with Grayson. I want to remember this as a special time with Addi and I. Although if I do end up with Grayson, I want to remember this as a special night for all of us. I couldn't imagine myself in a life without Grayson.

When we got in the car, I tried to dream up all of the possible ideas of the places that we might be going this evening. I dreamt up all of the places that I knew that we wouldn't be able to go to. Just because they were too fancy. I mean, some of those fancy restaurants out there are so expensive that even the most richest people in the world never get a chance to go there in their whole lives. 

When we pulled up in the parking lot, I gasped. Not because I was shocked that we were going there, but because it was mine and Addi's favorite. They probably asked our mom where our favorite place to eat was. Not going to lie, I probably would have too if I was in their shoes. "You guys are really going to take us to the Olive Garden?!" Addi exclaimed. I could tell that she was just as excited as I was. I could already tell that this night will be as magical as I dreamed of.

When we walked inside, Ethan told the host that we had a reservation for Dolan. I have never been part of a reservation before and I feel special. As the waitress, May, sat us down, she said, "Hello, my name is May and I will be your server. Can I start you guys off with something to drink?" After we all ordered our drinks, May went to get them as we looked at the menu. Then, May came back with our drinks and took our food order. Ethan, Grayson, Addi, and I just talked for what felt like hours until we were interrupted by May bringing our food out to us. "Thanks!" I said she nodded and left. 

"Thanks for taking us here guys. This is an awesome date!" I said. "And it's our favorite restaurant. How did you guys know?" Addi said chiming in. Ethan and Grayson just looked at each other and laughed. Then they looked at us and said, "We didn't." In unison. Obviously, Addi and I knew that wasn't the truth, but we weren't going to point that out. 

After we finished eating, the waitress came and gave us our bill. Then the guys took us home. "Thanks for an awesome date!" We said as Ethan and Grayson were walking us up to our doorstep. "It was an awesome night." Addi said. Then we all said our goodbyes and that we would see them at school in the morning. This was the best night of my life.
