Grayson's POV

Finally. The bus came. I feel like we have been awkwardly waiting at this bus stop for hours. Almost as the bus driver had forgotten us. I have been holding my heavy lacrosse bag that must weigh like one million pounds because Ethan and I have lacrosse practice today. When we got on the bus, luckily the bus driver hadn't forgotten about us. I know this because there were all of the kids still on the bus that should be. Maybe time has just slowed down. A lot. I mean, a lot.

Madison's POV

When we got on the bus, everyone started to stare at Addi and I. I mean, I know that we are kind of like the new kids in town, but you don't have to be rude about it. Addi and I sat down in the seat right next to where Ethan and Grayson were sitting. "Psst. Madi." Addi whispered to me in my ear. "Ya?" I asked in return. "I hope that the kids here are nice." She told me. "Ya me too, me too." I said with a hopeful smile on my face. When we arrived at school, Ethan and Grayson started to show us around. There are lots of cool things here, like the huge cafeteria and their are tons of clubs and sports to be in. This school is much nicer than our old school, our old school was old and rotten. Literally. We went to the office to get our schedules and locker numbers. Then, Ethan and Grayson showed us where our classrooms and lockers are. My locker was right next to Addi's. I was pretty nervous about our first day here. I mean, when you are a new kid in school, everyone tends to stare at you and call you 'the new kid'. I can't lie, it tends to get really, really old. When the first bell rang, I went to my first class, science. The science room is really big and it has a lot of equipment to do science experiments with. The teacher went up to the front of the classroom, "It looks like we have a new student. Please will you come up here to introduce yourself?" He asks gesturing to me and I nod my head before coming to the front of the room. This is in my opinion the worst part of being a new kid: in every class, you have to go up to the front of the room and introduce yourself. I mean, it's really embarrassing. "Hi. My name is Madison and I moved here from Oklahoma." That's all that I really felt that was necessary to say and I went back to my seat. "Well thank you, Madison." The teacher said, but I didn't quite get his name. Then, after the lesson, the bell rang and I went to my next class.

Addison's POV

When the bell rang, I went to my next class, science. "Hello, class toda-" He stopped right in his tracks and gave me a death glare. "What are you doing back in my class?" I looked at him confused. "Umm.. I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about, sir." I told him and I was so embarrassed that I could feel my face turning bright red. Maybe as red as a tomato. "Yes you do. I'm sure you do. Wait- is this one of those pointless little pranks that you kids pull on me every year?" He asked the class and they shook their heads no. Then it hit me: Madi just had this class! "Oh, um, I think that you might have just had my twin sister. Was her name Madison?" I asked nervously. "Oh, yes. Indeed I believe it was." He explained to me in an apologetic tone of voice. "Oh, well, my name is Addison." I explained to him. "Oh hi, Addison. Sorry for all of that." I accepted his apology and then the bell ran for lunch, my most favorite part of a school day. When I got to lunch, I immediately spotted where Ethan, Grayson, and Madison were sitting. "Hey guys. And before you say anything, I have the most fascinating story of all time to tell you guys." I explained. "Ok, but after that I have a pretty good one too."  "Ok, so I was in science and the teacher thought that I was you and he was yelling at me about it." I started, then Madi cuts in, "Omg! The same thing happened to me in reading!" We were laughing for what felt like forever. Then lunch was over. After we finished up our day at school, we rode the bus home. Today wasn't as bad as I had imagined it, and that's a good thing. A very, very good thing.
