Addison's POV

Today is moving day. Luckily, we packed up all of our things last night, so literally all we have to do is get in the car. We don't even have to eat breakfast because we will be eating at some fast food place along the way. I am sad that we have to leave Oklahoma, but I am also happy that we will be moving somewhere that we will be able to stay for a long time. "Girls, come down." My mom called as I got off of the floor. We had to sleep on the floor last night because all of our beds and furniture all already packed up in the U-Haul truck. "Coming, Mom." Madi replied as I heard her footsteps running down the steps. I opened the door and quickly ran after her. It makes me sad to see our house empty like this, I thought to myself. "Me too." Madi said. "Wait- I said that out loud?" I asked worriedly. "Oh, no. I could just tell what you were thinking." Madi said. "Oh, ok." I said. Sometimes we can tell what each other are thinking. It's one of the advantages of being a twin. I slept in clothes that were comfy enough that I can wear in the car, but not too much like pajamas that when we go in public, everyone will be staring. If I wore pajamas in public, that would be really embarrassing. After I managed to get myself off the floor, I got into the car.

Madison's POV

When we got in the car, I was already past starving, "Mom, when can we eat?" I asked politely because for one, I wanted to be nice, and for two, sometimes with Mom, if you asked politely you might get what you want faster. "We will eat in about an hour, I guess. It is four in the morning and no breakfast place is open until five." She explained. Oh well, at least I tried, but hey, maybe I got it changed from one hour to two. I decided to go back to sleep, well because if I can't eat, then I resort to sleeping. I know that that sounds really lazy, and don't get me wrong, it is; but I have nothing better to do right now.

*When they arrived at their new house*

Madison's POV (still)

When we arrived at our new house, it was HUGE! I looked at Addi and said, "Wow.".  She gave me a look like 'I know, right?'. This is amazing I am glad that we had to move here, although I am still sad that we had to leave our old house and memories at our old house in Oklahoma behind. I was pretty much ok with it because we would get used to it and maybe even forget the life that we had in Oklahoma. Also, we could make so many new memories here in New Jersey. I decided to get all of my things unpacked after I picked out what room would be mine. I am getting too carried away with myself, we haven't even walked into the place yet. As my mom was digging in her purse trying to get out the house keys, I was dancing because of all of the suspense. I was about to die because I couldn't take anymore suspense when my Mom finally found her keys and let us inside of the house. "Whoa, this place is amazing." Addi said. "Ya I know." I said. Come to think of it, I don't know why we need this big of a house anyway. I mean, it's just the three of us: Mom, Addi, and me, cut oh well, I'm not going to complain. Then, we went upstairs to go pick out our rooms. "I call this one!" I shouted calling what I hope is the biggest room up here. "Ok, then. I call this one!" Addi called the room across from mine. This is just like the old house: her room is right across from mine. At least one thing hasn't changed, I thought. Then, I smiled.

Addison's POV

"Maybe this won't be all that bad." I explained to Madi. "I mean, we will still have fun in this house, just like we did in the old one." I continued trying to make her feel more positive about this whole situation. I mean, I know she's still upset, who wouldn't be? Even I'm still sad about having to come all the way from Oklahoma to New Jersey. However, I think that if we just keep thinking positive, the mood will lighten up eventually. I decide to unpack a few of my things into my new room and Madi helps me. Then, I help her unpack a few of her things into her new room. This isn't going to be so bad after all, I thought to myself. Just after I finished helping Madi unpack, I heard a knock on the front door. I mean, we had just moved in a few hours ago, who could that be?
