One day a new pony moves into Ponyville. Her name is Starbliss. She's a unicorn mare. She's welcome by all the ponies. She's shy, so she's not really a fan of Pinkie's welcome party or welcome song. She'd rather just be left alone, but she's too scared and timid to speak up. She does speak up, however, and tells Pinkie that she prefer not to have a welcome party. Pinkie takes this to heart and agrees. Starbliss then settles into her new house in Ponyville. She's glad to have found a new home at last. She's finally found a place where she can be herself as well as fit in. She also soon finds a new friend in Fluttershy who is as soft spoken as she is. They're going to get along just fine. They can both agree on that.
