It's a new day for all the ponies of Ponyville, when a strange shadow comes into the town. It's the shadow of a horse. The hood is soon pushed down and the face that is revealed is that of a horse mare. The ponies are surprised and shocked. Normally the horses stay in their native Saddle Arabia, so what is she doing in Ponyville? She soon answers that question.
"Hello, ponies, I'm Princess Raiannia of Saddle Arabia. My parents have been captured and I need help saving them. We need your best soldiers as well as your princesses to help us."
"What can we do?" Says Twilight as she flies down to meet the other Princess.
"Can you point me to Shining Armor?" Asks Raiannia.
"My brother is over in the Crystal Empire. My husband Flash Sentry and I will take you to him and Princess Cadance," replies Twilight. They get to the train station and take the first train out to the Crystal Empire.
At the Crystal Empire, Twilight escorts Raiannia to the Royal hall where Shining, Cadance, and Flurry Heart are.
"What do you need?" Asks Shining Armor as Raiannia enters the hall.
"I hear you're the one of the best generals of the Royal guard in all Equestria and I need your help finding my parents. They were captured by Chrysalis and her changelings," explains Raiannia.
"We are glad to help," Shining replies.
"Then follow me," replies Raiannia. They head back to the train station and the six catch the first train out to Saddle Arabia.
"Why would Chrysalis want your parents anyway?" Inquired Cadance on the train ride.
"I'm not sure," replies the Princess, "Chrysalis said something about payback as she flew out as her changelings carried off my parents."
"We'll do our best to help you find them," replies Cadance, "you can be sure of that."
The train soon arrives in Saddle Arabia and Raiannia leads them into her family's castle to figure out a rescue plan. They soon come up with one. They're going to surprise arrack Chrysalis and her changelings. Cadance and Shining can use their love to destroy the changelings again if need be too. This is one, they've also agreed, that they need not endanger Celestia and Luna by putting them in harms way like at Shining's wedding.
