"Dj, no!!!! Wake up!!! Huwag ganito...Please, huwag ganito...hindi ko kaya!!!" her eyes kept on weeping and her throat burned with fear, her spines cold as ice and gave her chills like it never knew warmth.

Kasabay ng pagbuhos ng kanyang luha ay ang paglabas sa kanyang anyo ang Ginintuang Mata. Her eyes became gold in color.

Kathryn kept on calling his name.

She slapped his face too many times that surely would hurt him but she kept on doing it in hopes that he'll open his eyes and complain about the pain but sadly he doesn't. The only pain there is to feel was Kathryn's agony of holding him in her arms-- lifeless without a pulse, and without breathing.

"No, please Babe..wag naman ganito." she begged trying to raise his arms but falls when she let it go. "Dj, gising please....stay with me. Dj, Dj, Dj!!!!" halos nagwala na siya pero hindi pa rin siya nagigising.

"Dj!!!!!" they all heard Kathryn. It was too loud that it would be impossible they wouldn't hear.

Kathryn cried harder as they surrounded the both of them. "Tulong!" she asked of them. She thought she was shouting but she was only whispering, her voice have drowned with her sorrow.

Rueben went down to check Daniel's carotid and it wasn't palpable anymore, wala ng pulso. Umiling siya kay Minerva at Theodore. Sinasabi nitong huli na ang lahat.

Napaluhod si Theodore at Minerva sa likod no Kathryn upang damayan ito. Pero si Kathryn hindi pa rin natitinag sa paghingi ng saklolo. Paulit ulit niyang tinatawag si Daniel sa pangalan.

Sabay na niyakap ni Theodore at Minerva si Kathryn habang akap pa nito si Daniel.

"Anak, wala na siya..." Theodore kissed her temple, umiiyak rin. He lost a son too.

Kathryn like any other was in denial of the truth in front of her. She turned to his father and refused to believe.

"No, hindi yan totoo... Don't say that Pa... Please no! Dj!" Kathryn hugged him tighter,holding his head close to her heart. If only her fast heart beating was enough to wake him up, he would be alive by now.

Niyakap din siya ni Minerva ng mahigpit pero walang yakap nino man ang magiging sapat para maibsan ni Kathryn ang sakit na namumuo sa kanyang pagkatao sa oras na iyon.

The pain was excruciating she can't even move, wala na siya -- three words that killed her too. She was dying but she was breathing and it didn't felt right nor good nor anything she can ever describe. It was all of her nightmares appeared in the flesh.

There was nothing that could silence her cry, everything around her became nothing, she saw nothing and no one but him. His mouth slightly opened and his eyes closed, face was filled with traces of her tear drops. But that was all, his body is still no movements or anything,not even the tiniest breath that can make her hope again.
