**Hannah's POV**

I swear I'm going insane in this closed in cell. Maybe it's the lack of fresh air, maybe it's that I'm not getting enough food/water, or maybe it's both. Amanda and I just sit here quietly or extremely loudly hoping somebody will willingly let us free because of our screaming. My throat feels like it was scratched from the inside, and it also sounding that way due to our screaming. I let the tears fall, and I did not care anymore. I didn't care that I probably sounded like a whale or something. I didn't care that I was starving. I didn't care about math class or reading Harry Potter. Nothing mattered. Hope is not going to help in this situation, it will only make things worse. My whole life was ruined all because of these villains, so I cried. I wept soaking my T-shirt.

"Are you okay? We're gonna get out of this." Amanda explained comfortingly. I tried to stifle my cries, but it was impossible to do. Every time I tried I ended up sounding like a dying eel. It's good to know that she's strong In these types of situations.

"They aren't save. We aren't save." I say, basically making no sense to Amanda or really myself. "If they saved us, they wouldn't be able to save themselves. We might hurt them. We can't let them save us."

"Hannah, it's not like that. Mr. Davenport and Chase will be able to think of something." Amanda explained confidently. I sighed calming down. Two months ago this situation would be something I'd only read about in books. Now, it's real life.

The large locked door creaked as somebody opened it. A woman with black hair appeared. "We need you two girls upstairs." She made it sound like she was our mom calling us for dinner. I wanted to attack these people for holding us captive. So, we followed her. She lead us to a room that actually wasn't dark and locked up.

"What? Why would you keep us locked up in this place and then all of the sudden just let us come out?" Amanda asks the man sitting at a desk.

"It turns out, that you are not villains. We don't know how, but we aren't going to let you go to waste." He says confusing us.

"What do you mean?" I ask him raising my eyebrows.

"We created a fake invitation for all of the superheroes to meet up at New York City. We will gather all of them up and then blow up the building. You two are gonna be a distraction for the elite force." He explained his evil plan. Uh oh, I hope our friends don't go to it!

"No! The won't listen to your dumb invitation!" Amanda exclaimed. The man hands us a card with fancy writing on it. You are invited to a superhero meeting to discuss a way to avoid any villain problems, hope to see you there!

"No ones gonna believe you." I cross my arms.

"You would be surprised how easily I can get the superheroes into one place!" He replies. We both roll our eyes.

"Then why haven't you done it before?" Amanda questions him.

"Don't question my ways." He replied with a glare. Villains these days. Hardly even intimidating.

"We are going to take you with us. Use you as bait." He adds.

"Okay, but could you use a different word? I don't like going fishing. I have bad experiences with bait." I explained. "Oh, and it won't work."

"We will see about that."

**No One's POV**

Just while everyone was starting to go and make some progress with finding the villains, they received a knock on the door.
