Chapter 38❤ "Blame"

*Dana's P.O.V*

Luke immediately carried Elliniese and he run to the parking lot, where I guess he parked his car. I ran after them.

Once we were infront of his car, he put Elliniese at the back seat.

"Why did you push her?" He asked, angry.

"I didnt push her, I promise" I said.

"If you're mad at me, dont hurt her. Dont touch her, ever" he glared at me before entering the car and drove off, leaving me there, dumbfounded.

So he think I pushed Elliniese? Never in my life I thought of hurting someone just because im mad at them. And I already forgive her.

"He's just blinded, Dana" I heard Ell's voice on my head.

I sighed before leaving the area. I need to talk to Luke.

'Luke, is Elliniese okay now?' I messaged him.

'Dont act like you're concerned where in the first place, its you that put her in this situation' he replied.

So, he's still blaming me.

'I want to see her. What hospital is she in?' I replied. I wanna know if she's okay.

'I will never tell you. You're going to hurt her'

'I didnt hurt her! Stop blaming me! I dont know what happened!'

'Excuses. Stop texting me'

I put my phone down in frustration. I seriously need to talk to Luke in person. He needs to know what really happened. It will be hard to find him though. But i'll do everything just to talk to him.

Two days have passed and I heard that Ell is still in the hospital. And i've been trying to talk to Luke but he never replies. But im not giving up.

'Luke, please, can we please talk? In person?' I texted him again for the billionth time.

"Dana! Can you please give this muffins that I baked to Luke's parents?" I heard my mom shouted from downstairs. So I put my phone down for awhile and went downstairs.

"Okay, mom" I agreed. Luke might be there.

"Here. Tell Luke's mom, that its her favourite. Blueberry muffins" she smiled. I nodded before running outside while holding the box of muffins.

I rang the bell once I got outside their house, his mom greeted me with a smile.

"Hello, Dana. What brought you here?" She asked.

"My mom want to give this to you. She baked your favourite blueberry muffins" I smiled.

"Oh! Thanks! Tell her that I say thank you" she said "Want to come in?"

"Uhm no need." I said "Is Luke in there?"

"Im sorry, honey. But he isnt. He left this morning" she frowned.

"Oh okay. Well, I gotta go then!" I waved goodbye.

"Goodbye! Thanks for the muffins!" She replied. I smiled then ran back to our house.

"Mom! She said thanks!" I shouted while running up the stairs. I didnt hear her reply since I ran upstairs. I checked my phone to see if Luke replied.

'Okay. Just so you can stop bugging me' he finally replied.
