Chapter 9❤ "A New Friend"

*Dana's P.O.V*

Its been three days since the day Luke surprised me. And im still really happy. Not just because of that, but because Luke is with me these past few days. Elliniese is still at her family. They have some family matters going on right now. I think she'll be there for a week and a half?

Im so happy because of that. I have Luke for myself for a week or so. I dont know if I should thank Elliniese.

"This years field trip is going to be fun" our teacher said. We're currently at History class. And our teacher is discussing about the school trip.

"When is it ma'am?" a fellow classmate of mine asked.

"On the day after tomorrow. Its so sudden, I know" she said "Its a four day trip. And its not your normal trip. Were gonna climb up a mountain. And we'll camp also. Because its a long way up. And up the mountain are some cabins, pools, bars and even parties. Plus the view. So the hard work is worth every sweat. Trust me"

The class started to make noises as they heard the plan. Ofcourse. Parties are their thing.

"You'll be staying in a cabin. Dont worry, you wont run out of rooms because we already counted it. And its four people per room. Since this tour is only made for your year" she smiled. "Okay. Call time will be announced tomorrow. You need to be on time, or we will leave you."

"Can we pick room mates?" someone asked.

"Yes. As I said, only four. And we know you are all grown ups so we expect that you already understand what is right and wrong, okay? So we agreed to let both genders in the same room. We will be checking" she explained. "Okay, that's all for today. You're all dismissed. You may take your lunch"

We all stood up and collected our bags. I walked over to Ashton's seat and we both got out. Luke was waiting for me outside. We talked through our way to the cafeteria. And we, well mostly I, decided that we share rooms at the trip. Ashton also made his cousin, Georgina, join us. She's actually nice. And crazy, I might add. She's Ashton's cousin on his mother side.

"I'll order for you. What do you want?" Luke asked me.

"Uhm. Spaghetti and some sprite will do" i smiled. Him and Ashton excused themselves and left me with Georgina.

"Hi! Im Georgina" she smiled at me.

"Im Dan—" she cut me off.

"Dana Blues. Luke's bestfriend" she butted in. "Dont worry, im no creepy stalker. I know you because of your one hot of a bestfriend" she giggled. "Sadly, he got a girl already. Ugh, kill me"

"Yeah, im known for being his bestfriend. Not because of what I am or something. That's why I sometimes want to salvage Luke" I joked.

"Dont worry. I'll help you salvage him" we laughed. She's easy to be friends with.

"I didnt know that you're Ashton's cousin?" i asked.

"Yeah. I dont want them to know. Cause just like you, I might be the 'Curly man with dimples' cousin'. I wanna make my own name, ya know. Plus he's ugly to be my cousin" she said

"Oh. Haha!" i can't help but laugh.

"Oh. My. Gosh. Who is that one hella hot guy? Ive never seen him before!" she pointed the guy at the benches.

"That's Franc Bolton. New varsity player" i said.

"Ooh! OMG! He's so hot! I cannot!" she started shaking.

"Dont worry about her. She does that whenever she sees someone 'hot'." Ashton said as he puts his tray that contains his and Georgina's foods. Luke came seconds later with our food.
