"Goodbye, Tsukiyama!" I grin as I wave to him.

"Goodbye, Kat-kun!" Tsukiyama waves back.

I turn around and begin to run down the path towards the eleventh ward.

It's been a week since I last saw Kaneki and we haven't talked since our argument.

Even though I'm upset at him for ignoring me, I'm really excited to see him today.

I slow down as the abandoned building looms overhead.

I step forward and enter the building.

I walk towards Kanous office and I patiently sit down and wait for him to finish whatever he's typing.

"Keiko!" Kanou grins once he's done. "How was training?"

"Good." I say gently. "Not sure if I'm ready to use it out in the field, but I'm definitely better at controlling it."

"That's great." He says as he pulls out a notepad and jots some noted down on it. "Maybe in a few weeks you'll be ready."

"I sure hope so. I'm very excited to use it in battle." I reply as I stand up.

"Thanks, Doctor! I'll see you later!" I wave.

"Goodbye." Kanou says.

I race up the steps towards my bedroom. I unlock the door and toss my bag inside.

I step over to Kanekis door and I pull out the silver necklace and insert it.

"Hello!" I say loudly as I walk in.

"Kaneki?" I ask.

"Go.." He says quietly, his voice filled with pain.

"Kaneki?!" I say louder as I quickly walk over to where he is.

He's laying on a black couch and squeezing his stomach.

"Kaneki, what's wrong?" I ask gently as I brush his hair off his damp forehead.

"I don't want to hurt you.." He says quietly.

I stand up solemnly and look down on him. "Kaneki. I can't be hurt anymore." I say as I hold my left wrist with my right hand. To prove my point, I quickly shove all my force onto my left arm, causing it to snap off at the elbow.

"See?" I say as I toss the useless flesh out the window.

"Keiko.." Kaneki says as he stares at my torn arm.

"Wait, here it comes!" I laugh as my forearm grows back. "In a few seconds, I'll grow a bunch on tiny arms called "fingers" that I use to pick stuff up."

I plop on the couch next to him and I pull him into a seated position.

"What's wrong, Kaneki?" I ask again as I wrap my arms around him.

"I wish I could tell you.." He says sadly.

"Why can't you?" I sigh.

He turns to face me and holds my face gently with his hands.

"Because I don't want to lose you." He smiles sadly as he softly strokes my eyebrows with his thumbs.

His eyes widen and his hands go back towards his middle. He groans as he tightly clutches himself. He looks like he's trying to keep something from escaping.

"Kaneki," I say sternly as I remove his hands from his waist and wrap them around mine. "If I get hurt it will be my fault cause it will be my decision to stay. I'm not leaving you." I rest my face against his shoulder.

Tears drop from his eyes onto my hair.

"I had a dream about you, you know." I say quietly as I try to cheer him up.

"I dreamt about you every night you were gone." He chuckles gently as he strokes my long, choppy hair.

"What kind of dreams?" I ask.

His chest goes rigid and his face goes stony.

"Kaneki?"

"I love you." He whispers as he nuzzles into my neck.

"And I love you." I whisper back.

"I honestly love you." He says seriously. He pulls away and stares into my eyes.

I smile softly as I pull him down towards my lips.

I kiss him gently and run my fingers through his hair.

The smallest dominates.

I nibble his lip, causing him to gasp adorably in surprise. I lean in as I begin to kiss him harder. Of course I keep my tongue in my mouth and he keeps his tongue in his mouth.

"Keiko..." Kaneki moans as push him onto his back.

"Shh.." I hush as I pull slightly back to place a finger on his lips.

Kaneki shuts his eyes and lightly nods.

I push the collar of his shirt aside and I take a deep breath.

"Supper time." I whisper as I begin to nibble his neck, but not hard enough to break the skin.

"THAT TICKLES!" Kaneki shrieks as he suddenly flails around.

"Gah!" I yell as I fall off the couch.

"Keiko?" Kaneki asks innocently as he looks about for me.

"Down here.." I grumble.

His fluffy head pops up over the edge of the couch. "Oh. There you are." He smiles.

He leans farther over the couch and scoops me up.

"Now, it's my turn." He says sexily as he smirks at me.

He wraps his arms around my shoulders as he begins to leave little kisses along my neck.

"That's nice.." I mumble.

Kanekis eyes look up as me as he continues kissing my neck.

I lightly run my fingers through my hairs.

He slowly makes his way up to my jawline and begins kissing me there.

I close my eyes and relax into the couch.

It seems like he's not focused on what's bothering him anymore.

I'm happy he's happy.

I notice the absence of his lips on my skin.

I slowly open my eyes to meet Kanekis gray ones.

"Are you okay, Keiko?" He asks as his eyebrows knit together.

"Hmm? Yeah, of course." I smile as I gently kiss in between his eyebrows.

"I'm really hungry.." Kaneki mumbles absentmindedly.

"Just cause I'm gone doesn't mean you shouldn't eat." I sigh as I rub my temples.

"I don't... I don't like being alone when I do it.." He says.

I look up into his sad eyes.

"I'll grab you something from downstairs.." I say as I stand up.

"That stuff always tastes old.." Kaneki complains.

"I'm too tired to go out now. Go set up a movie and make some coffee." I say. "We can have a movie night."

"Okay!" Kanekis face instantly brightens.

I smile as I walk out.

He's happy...
