Upon landing on the ground from the window, you notice Alphonse was standing in the hallway.

"Where is brother (y/n)?" Al asks.

"He is still on the roof, don't worry." you say, walking past him slowly.

You quickly halt and turn back around to say, "I'm sorry Al."

"That's okay.. Hey, (y/n).. Do you like Ed?" Alphonse asks without hesitation.

"Of course I do!" you respond.

"R-really?" Al says, sounding confused that You would just admit it without any fight at all.

"I like the both of you, I'm grateful to have found friends like the two of you!" you say, before running back down the stairs in hopes to find Winry.

"that isn't what I meant.." Al mumbles to himself as you disappear down the stairs.

You hastily run back down the stairs, that you earlier ran up without regard to the owners of this house. You want to find Winry, to apologize for going through her home without her permission. You reach the table where you all had been sitting. With no Winry in sight you decide to just wait in that area, to avoid roaming the house anymore than you already have. You look around, to notice some pictures on a tack board. You hurriedly run over to see, as you can tell Edward are in most of these pictures.

"So cute!" you say out loud spinning around.

Edward was absolutely cute, even though in most these pictures, he does appear a little pissed off.. Well when isn't he pissed off, is a good question to pander too. You giggle at your thought, you really did like the blonde. Touching the picture with your index finger, your eyes become wide and then full of grief. Is that Al? He is adorable too.. Poor Al.. You really wish you could help him somehow..

"Oh there you are, I was wondering where you ran off too." Winry says, slowly walking down the stairs.

You whirl around quickly as you start frantically apologizing, "I am so sorry for roaming around your home without permission Winry.. please forgive me!"

"It's fine really.. Did Ed find you?" she asks kindly smiling at you.

"Oh, yeah he did, I was on the roof." You say, forgetting Edward never came back into the house.

"The roof?" she asks intrigued.

"Well back home being on the roof was my favorite past time." you say, almost missing home already.

"I like to take things apart in my spare time!" Winry says, with diamonds in her eyes.

"Ah you don't say heh heh heh." you reply, a little worried for her.

"You must be tired (y/n). Want me to show you to your room?" Winry asks softly.

"Please, that would be great." you say, thankful at the thought of being alone soon.

"Lets head on upstairs then." she says, turning to the stairs and stepping up them.

"Was this Al?" you ask, looking back to the pictures.

"Oh. Well. Yes. Cute huh?" she says, kind of unsure with sadness laced in her voice.

"Definitely adorable.." you say, with a small smile, though you still managed to look destroyed.

A tear rolls down your face, as you can't even try imagine just how Alphonse must feel. You don't even know the full story, but either way, it must be awful for poor Alphonse. You were so caught up in these feelings that you forgot Winry was still right there looking at you.
