Even though everything that has happened recently was a little cringe worthy, you realize you wouldn't have had it any other way. Once you look around the train you were now on with Edward and Alphonse, you know everything must have been for the better. Or was that just being selfish again? You wonder on that for a minute, then you realize it was for the better good. The Colonel and Riza stayed behind to help get Douglas his spot as General taken care of. Good for him you think. You look over to see Alphonse reading and Edward passed out cold next to you.

"He looks so cute and tiny balled up like that." you giggle trying to start a conversation with Alphonse. Though when you open your eyes, your smile runs off in fear. Edward had gotten up and was now looking down on you. Alphonse giggling at the sight of you waving my hands around in front of y

ou.

"I didn't mean it like that!" You say quickly.

"Then how did you mean it?" Edward shouts.

"I just meant the cute part!" You snap.

"You called me small! And you are smalle- Y-you think I-I'm cute?" Edward starts off angry just to let his thoughts get a hold of him and make him blush.

"You are so hopeless Edward.." You mumble before changing the subject. " What are you reading Alphonse?"

"Oh just a little book I found on alcehestry." Alphonse says back.

"That sounds interes-" you begin to reply but Edward buts in, obviously not letting what just happened slide, "you got a lot of nerve, you know that?"

"I didn't mean anything by it!" You snap back.

"You can't just go around calling be short, if you aren't even taller yourself!" Edward snaps slightly louder than you.

"Funny thing is, I never used the word short ignoramus!" You snap just as loud this time.

"But That's what you meant." Edward said in huff as he took his seat once more, he sat looking in the opposite direction with his arms crossed for quite some time.

"You are such a hot head Ed!" You start to laugh at the blondes actions.

"Yeah? You make it easy!" Edward snorts at you.

"And what does that mean?" you ask getting frustrated at him.

"You are just an annoying little girl who thinks she is good at alchemy." Edward growls out but then regrets it as soon as the last word slips from his mouth. "I didn't mean that (y/n)."
