"So you never sleep Alphonse?" Hohenhiem looks to Alphonse as he sips on his coffee.

"No, I don't have to worry about things like that." Alphonse explains his usual explanation.

"Fascinating..." Hohenhiem looks down at his coffee, already knowing all about what Alphonse is going through, just stunned that Edward could pull this off, "Is that why you boys are looking for the stone? He looks back up too Alphonse.

"H-how did you?.. Alphonse's voice shakes before answering, "yes.."

"What's it to you?" Edward snaps at his father, still not ready to accept him despite having a little sympathy for his story.

"Brother will you stop shouting at dad!" Alphonse snaps at Edward, looking at him starting a staring contest.

"Fine." Edward huffs as his takes a seat at the table, you follow along and take a seat as well.

"Good morning (y/n)!" Alphonse says happily as you sit down at the table.

"Morning Al!" You respond, smiling at the younger brother.

"Did you and brother get to know each other better?" Alphonse asks in a teasing tone, putting emphases on the word 'know'.

You instantly turn red passing over the color pink, you look over to see Edward has the same expression and color on his face as you.

"I-I.. We.. Its not.." You mumble a few words before Edward started doing the same, "We-we.. We wouldn't do that!" Edward almost shouted while he was pointing at Alphonse.

"Oh? Do what?" Alphonse laughs as his older brother walked right into his word trap.

"GAH AL!" Edward screams as he hides his face in his arms.

"Lets talk about this some other time!" You pipe up, face still a deep shade of red.

"I told you Winry!" Alphonse screams as he turns to face the door to the kitchen.

"Told me what?" Winry asks as she pokes her head through the door.

"Can we drop this already?" Edward shouts in hopes to change the subject and shut everyone up.

Everyone in the room except for you and Edward share a laugh, while the two of you sit there looking to each other then over at everyone else.
