chapter 12

Hayes woke me up at 8. He wanted to make a youtube video. So he got his equipment and brought it to my backyard. He started to record.

"Hey guys, it's Hayes with the lovely Dallas Star Golda." I gave a wave at the camera "You guys are probably wondering if we are dating... well,­" Hayes looked at me, and then rose petals started to fly everywhere. Hayes pulled out a rose. "Dallas Golda, will you be my girlfriend?"
"Of course! How could I decline?" Hayes gave me the rose and then he kissed me and I wrapped my arms around him.
"So, yes we are dating, 9.6.2015," Hayes said. He looked at me and we both started to smile. He put his arm around me. "Well I don't know what to say because the big scene is over."
"Put all the pictures we took in the video." I said. Hayes and I both posed and then the pictures started to play. We packed up his stuff and then we walked to a Dairy Queen. I ordered cookie dough on a cone and Hayes got chocolate on a cone. We were eating then someone yelled 'LOOK IT'S HAYES AND DALLAS' Hayes grabbed my hand really tight. They wanted to take pictures.

"Guys I know you want pictures, but I'm kinda on a date with my girl. We want some privacy." Hayes was talking in a sweet voice tone. We walked through the crowd and I heard a girl say something along the lines of me being a hoe.
"Why are they so cute?" asked a girl. I turned around.

"You guys are the cute ones." I think I made their day. Hayes was holding my hand and I kissed his cheek.

"You want some of my ice cream?" he asked.

"No, you'll just smash it in my face."

"You are very smart," Hayes said. "We should hang with Megan today, you haven't chilled with her," Hayes said.

"I was hanging with you this whole week. Anyway last time she hung out with us she just randomly left."

"True, maybe-­"

"Maybe just us," I said while rubbing my fingers up and down his back.

"I like hanging with you, but you can't always hang with me." Hayes had a good point.

"So who should hang with us?"

"How about Emma and Charlie? You seem to talk to them a lot at school."

"Yea, but I don't think they'd want to hang with us, maybe just me."

"So I'll let you form a friendship with them and I will go home. It's only 10 you have the whole day if you want to hang with me."

"Fine." I sighed and then kissed Hayes. He took my phone and made a group message with Emma and Charlie. It turns out they wanted to hang with me. Hayes walked me home then I got ready for Charlie's house.

When I got to Charlie's house Emma opened the door and toured the house with me.

"Charlie is in the shower right now, she wanted to look nice for you, I mean us." Emma had dark eyes and Golden hair.
"Next time I should tell her she can bum it with me and you," we laughed then Charlie came in. The fun started.
They asked about Hayes and they told me about their boyfriends and all the gossip in school. I had a great time and I knew we were best friends.
When I had to leave they said we were going to hang out at my house Thursday.
