It was two days later while Olivia was sitting on the back porch drinking a hot chocolate that she noticed a shadow watching from the edge of the trees. It was unnerving for a few moments until she realised that the tall figure was blue in colour as it came out into the clearing from behind a tree. She held her breath hoping desperately that it was Helblindi but was shocked when another Frost Giant also stepped out from behind the tree to follow the first. As they approached her she heard the familiar voice of Helblindi calling her name "Olivia can we visit, are you alone?"

"It's okay Your Highness I am alone." She watched as the two Jothun walked across the clearing towards her home. As he reached the bottom of the steps Olivia jumped up and threw her arms around him "I am so happy to see you" she cried out as she hugged him tightly.

The second Jothun let out what must have been a laugh at the sight of a human hugging his King "I am happy to be here with you Olivia, it is pleasing to know that you are accepting of your heritage in the way your mother accepted us in the past."

"I take it this is a guard?" As he nods "are you worried that something will happen?"

"This is Glymir he came with me to watch over us and warn us if we are in danger of being disturbed" he takes her hand as they walk up the steps "I'm afraid to say that I worry about you as if you were my own daughter. For a long time I was afraid that you knew of your heritage and shunned it and that is why you had not tried to contact me, it was Loki that told me that you had only found out days before you were abducted."

At his mention of Loki Olivia feels her smile slip from her face "is it wrong of me to miss Loki?" She looks up at Helblindi as she gets him a glass of water then sighs "I'm sorry I know that he is your brother and should not be asking you such a thing, he is royalty on your realm and on Asgard after all."

Helblindi can sense her sadness and takes her chin in his hand tilting it back up to him as he does Olivia allows her Jothun form to appear making him smile "my bother has taught you well little one and you should not fear your feelings for him. He may have done wrong in the past but he has in my eyes at least paid for his crimes many times over, Odin is as much to blame for what happened as Loki. Had he been honest with him from the beginning then a lot of what occurred would not have. Yes he is classed as royalty on Asgard but that means nothing to us Jothun's to us he is held as my heir until such time as I sire one. So it is for me to say who is and is not worthy of my brother's affections and I assure you Olivia that none is more worthy in my eyes than you."

The smile returns to her face "thank you for those kind words but alas I fear that changes nothing Loki is still in Asgard and will not be allowed to visit me here any time soon."

They sit for a while talking about Jotunheim and what has been happening there since the last time Olivia visited. She is pleased to hear that all is well in the realm and that Helblindi has chosen a wife for himself and is currently trying to woo her. Olivia is happy for him but the fact that he is so happy causes her heart to crack as she thinks again of Loki. As if he can sense her pain Helblindi takes her by the hand.

"Maybe he cannot come here but that does not mean that you have to be apart. I am sure that as King of Jotunheim if I requested his presence Odin would permit him to travel there, we have only recently obtained a truce and trade agreement between the two realms. I am sure he would not wish to endanger that by refusing my invitation to my brother and you would be able to see him then."

"You would invite us both to Jotunheim so we can see each other."

"I think that it would be more beneficial to all of us if you are allowed to see each other. Odin does not see all like Frigga does and from my last conversation with her before I returned home after we rescued you she sees a person in Loki's future with a mixed heritage. Perhaps that person is you Olivia, that would please me but unless you are allowed to see each other how will either of you know if you are the one for the other? It makes sense to get you in the same place so that you can talk and get to know each other better do you not agree?"

"Oh Helblindi I cannot thank you enough. I asked you to come here in the hope that you allow me to visit Jotunheim at some point so that I could talk to you about Loki and being able to see him again. Yet you have already worked out a way before I could even ask you" she hugs him again.

"Leave it with me little one I will return to Jotunheim and ask for an audience with Frigga and Odin to request a visit from my brother. Then I will send Glymir here to fetch you. I think it would be better if you arrived before Loki so that Odin does not realise that it was a plan for I am sure he will ask Heimdall to check where you are before he allows Loki to journey to see me. If you are already there and in your Jothun form he may be fooled as I know that sometimes Heimdall cannot identify individual Jothun as we are so similar apart from our family markings."

"Oh Helblindi you were a good friend to my father and I'm sure he would thank you for taking care of his daughter."

"It is an honour to care for you as I would my own daughter, I will send word soon take care of yourself little one" he kisses her forehead as he leaves the house.

"Goodbye" Olivia waves to him as she watches them walk back to the trees and disappear.

That night she goes to bed happy in the knowledge that she at least will be travelling to Jotunheim with the approval of Helblindi, she just hopes with all her heart that Frigga can help him persuade Odin to allow Loki to visit too. She also has Thor on her mind and whether he has given Loki her letter and what his reaction to it was, did he still think of her or had too many months passed and she was just a mere memory to him now.
