The real story begins after Starkiller base was destroyed. The First Order was heavily weakened and my grandmother took it as a chance to rebirth not just the Republic, but the entire galaxy.

After the Battle of Endor, my grandmother was blinded by the thought of a possible new threat. Stormtroopers fled and Generals of the Empire either surrendered or ran. Peace was restored and it was all because of a team of unexpected heroes.

Their success in the Battle of Endor led the Rebel Alliance to reorganize a fledgling new government known as the New Republic. The Republic pressed its advantage against the Empire by pursuing shattered Imperial forces throughout the galaxy, hoping to prevent them from regrouping into a larger foe once more, which they did.

The New Republic ordered a new act that limited the amount of military force they had to reduce the idea of violence, since the remaining Imperial hardliners seemed to pose no threat. Of course, my grandmother highly disagreed with such an idea and secretly formed the Resistance. Since she was part of the New Republic, she was never caught. Uncle Luke started training new recruits of Jedi padawans and soon enough, he had a Jedi council.

Then came the dark times.

Though my grandmother was prepared for any sort of Imperial outbreak, she never expected the one to lead it would be her own son. When my mother was still alive, she would tell me stories about Ben Solo, a hero and a friend to all. Sometimes I wish I could of known him but the only imagery I have of him, is Kylo Ren.

The First Order then became determined to unleash its true power. Supreme Leader Snoke attacked the New Republic with Starkiller Base's superweapon. It harnessed the sun's power and then destroyed the planets of the Hosnian system, including Hosnian Prime which at that time was serving as the Republic capital and hosting the Senate and New Republic fleet.

Now?

Now the Newest Republic was governed and created by the Resistance. The Republic was no longer capitalized in one system and it was then decided that at least one planet in every system would represent the Republic within that territory. The senate was now located back on Coruscant but the actual Republic stretched out from Kalee to Eufornis Major to Tatooine to Chandrila.

Despite the growing Republican armies, the First Order was also in the middle of creating their own army. We could be in an agreement with a planet that was also in an agreement with the First Order and we fear that if we don't get to Naboo quick enough, they could be forced into such a thing.

"Alright, all X-Wings report in!" Sounded Poe from the transmission device on my wrist.

"Blue leader standing by." Corinthia responded.

"Blue two standing by." Ello Asty informed.

"Blue three," Replied Jess Pava."Standing by."

"Blue squad, take my lead," Poe explained. "I don't want any surprises, our goal here is to make sure General Skywalker, Solo and Rey make it to the ground alive. Are you all sitting tight?"

From the seat of the X-Wing, the three of us all sat squished together, Uncle Luke responded with a chuckle. "You forget who I am Dameron." He had to fly our X-Wing, he felt obliged to do so.

"With all do respect General, I was talking to Rey and Jude." Poe laughed, causing Rey and I to join in.

Uncle Luke may be one of the strongest Jedi's in all existence but age is creeping up on him like an old friend and he can't fly like he used to. Not that it mattered, he was still moving like a teenager most of the time. It took him awhile to open up but according to grandmother, ever since he officially returned, he's been his old self.

My transmitter went off with some hysterical muffling before my grandmothers voice finally made its way through. "Luke? I have news."

"I can only imagine it isn't good." Luke let out a sigh but remained intact.

"The First Order beat us here, they've taken the queen hostage and are willing to make a deal."

"That's a first." I retort, rolling my eyes.

"We allow them to continue searching Naboo without our disruption and in return, the queen's safety."

Luke thought for a second, before shaking his head. "I've got a bad feeling about this."

"Me too," Rey paused. "How could they have known we were also coming?"

My face dropped and my fingers went numb. It suddenly felt as if someone had punched me in the gut with a metal fist. "It was Kylo Ren."

The silence was like a poison to us, in that void of sound, the shallowness of our conversation became unwanted. It lingered in the air, thick and heavy, like a blanket. Wherever I moved, that silence followed, always watching and never fading.

"Why do you think that?" Grandmother questioned, her voice thick with agony.

"This morning, I thought it was Bellamy haunting my dreams but it was actually Ren."

"Bellamy has been haunting your dreams?" Grandmother fearfully questioned.

"We've discussed it before," Luke shuddered. "It was something I thought you could easily fight off but now that Ren is invading your mind, it's different."

"I'm a threat."

"Don't say that Jude," Rey wrapped her arm around me. "It isn't your fault."

"It is, I should be stronger!"

"Jude." Luke warned, and I fell silent.

"Enough with this, we have a task at hand. We can discuss this when you return," Grandmother uttered. "Save the queen at all costs, I don't care if you have to make a deal or not!" The transmitter went out without a second word from my grandmother and we all fell silent once more.

"She's panicked," Rey murmured. "She's doing it again."

"That's the least of our worries at the moment," Luke explained as we came into contact with Naboo's atmosphere. "I sense a familiar presence...Bellamy is on this planet."
