Bellamy's Pov

In my prideful triumph, I smirked - just a small pouting of the lips; a narrowing of the eyes and a tilting of the head. It was so subtle and it was even more infuriating for the stormtroopers who caught a glimpse of it. They knew that they were apart of my ship now, they had to take orders from me. Those brainless troops also know that if they try to defy me, they defy my father.

Determination drove me on as I walked our of the docking station and towards my command shuttle. I wiped my face clean, remind those around me that despite my new authority was exciting, I was still willing to destroy anything that tried to stop me. L-WYN followed behind me, chatting away and probably unaware that no one is listening and no one cares.

"Master Ren." L-WYN attempted to grab my attention. "I do believe we are to meet with Lieutenant Elwood before you go on any further commissions."

I stop dead in my tracks, my boots squeaking as I turn to face the mindless droid. "If the Lieutenant wishes to speak to me, he'll have to find me."

L-WYN tilted her head. "Very well then."

To my own dismay, I turned around and bumped into the chest of the Lieutenant. He looked different, he looked older and much more mature. "It seems that I have found you." He spoke, looking me straight in the eye. "General Ren, it's a pleasure to be working by your side."

"I doubt that." I grumble, pushing the hair out of my face. "I should hope that my father has reminded you that I'm in charge, you're just second in command." I could have walked away had it not been for the smirk. That little rise in the corner of his mouth, he was oblivious and too combined with the cool detachment in his eyes sealed with his fate. He was savouring the moment, knowing it bothered me. "Is there anything you'd like to add Lieutenant?"

"Your father has commanded that we set coordinates to the Mid Rim territories. Him and I only spoke momentarily but he requested that once we set our course, we are to contact him immediately."

"Alright," I took note. "Is that it?"

He shook his head. "Yes ma'am."

I cleared my throat. "Very well then."

"Oh wait." He stopped me and I span around on my foot to face him.

"Yes?"

"You've grown up Issy." He looked me up and down, a boyish grin on his face. The nickname caused me to cringe and I clenched my fists so I wouldn't resort to using my lightsaber.

"Flattery will get you nowhere." I scoffed and disappeared from his sight before he got himself killed. L-WYN followed behind me, her robotic feet clanking against the interior as we walked towards the cockpit.

The First Order pilot had a valid question, what was so important about L-WYN? Well, the tale starts when I was around nine. My father and I had discovered L-WYN on a trip to Naboo. We went to gather my things from my old household near the Gungan swamps. The man I used to live with had disappeared from the home and the only piece of life was the droid. L-WYN was my mother's, she was the droid that watched my brother and I when we were just born. I haven't been back to Naboo since, I can't.

I shake my head and clear those grim memories from my head. "L-WYN, go up to my new headquarters and start a bath for me, I won't be much longer."

L-WYN bowed slightly. "Yes ma'am."

I continue my walk to the cockpit, my head held high and my intentions dark. Dare I say it, I was actually beyond excited about being the new captain. It meant that now, no matter what, I was in charge. Elwood was someone I would just have to deal with and I was more than capable of doing so.

The doors open with a swift sound and I dart in. Immediately, everyone rises and they stand halt until I speak. For a long while, I remain silent as I attempt to memorize the terrified faces they bare. "Set coordinates for the Chommell sector, we have work to do."

I cross the main bridge and enter a small darkened room, I punch in a few codes and a hologram of my father appears before me. His mask isn't with him and I feel relieved to see his face again after so long. He hasn't aged much, he seemed like the type of person who never would. "Father?"

"I see you have transitioned smoothly." He pointed out.

"I have," I confirm, bowing my head slightly. "Elwood and I have set the coordinates to the Chommell sector but forgive me father, I am unaware of the system."

"I wouldn't expect you to be," He sighed. "The Chommell sector is the Nabooian sector. Our troops need backup as we have just discovered that the Resistance has sent a squadron of pilots to blockade the palace and destroy the base."

"Finally some action." I mentally thanked the galaxy. "We should arrive soon."

My father nodded. "Do not fail me Isidore, the Resistance know that we are after something and they cannot figure out what it is. Terminate all Resistance fighters with your training and bring victory to the First Order."

"I will father."
