Chapter 18

Jeffs p.o.v

"Hello Jeffery" Shit. Zalgo was back. The real him. I could feel Y/n begin to tremble and I chuckled to myself.

"Aw what's the matter little Y/n? Didn't you know Lucius' was a demon? And not just any demon, but the king" I looked at Zalgo and grinned. "I wonder why he wouldn't tell you?" Zalgo growled. "Maybe he was planning on killing you?"

"Jeff shut up!" Zalgo shouted at me but I ignored him. Torturing him was too much fun.

"Or maybe he was planning to rape you?" Y/n then began to cry and Zalgos eyes burned a bright red. "What's wrong Zalgo, I mean Lucius? Angry that I'm telling the truth?" He then ripped Y/n from my arms and pinned me to the wall as he began to strangle my neck.

Zalgos p.o.v

That little shit! He would die! I began to squeeze his neck hard as he gasped for air and tried to kick me off him. I could hear Y/n crying and sighed as I let go of his neck. I didn't want to scare her anymore, by killing Jeff. She would never go near me again. I was about to turn around to face her when Jeff grabbed my neck from behind and pinned me to the ground as he lifted his knife above my head.

"GO TO SLEEP!!" He plunged the knife towards my head and I grabbed his hand and tried to push it away. But for a teenager he was surprisingly strong and I struggled to push it away. He laughed insanely as he pushed the knife harder towards my head. "Give up Zalgo! Y/n doesn't want you anymore anyway!" I growled but closed my eyes and felt a tear roll down my cheek as I heard Jeff chuckled as he pushed it harder.

Readers p.o.v

I was afraid. I felt confused. As I stared at the two fighting I felt like running away. But as I looked at Zalgos face I felt a pain in my heart. I was scared of him, but I couldn't let him die. I needed answers and I still needed him. I grabbed a vase that I had standing on a shelf and smashed it over jeffs head. Jeff then let go of the knife and held his head as he fell back.

"You bitch!" Zalgo had Jeff's knife in his hand and pounced towards Jeff and stabbed it through his shoulder. Jeff screamed in pain.

"That's what you get for hurting Y/n Jeffery" Zalgo picked Jeff up by the neck and threw him to the wall. Jeff growled and pounced at Zalgo and grabbed his neck, but Zalgo wasn't effected and slashed his claws across Jeff's stomach. Jeff cried out in pain and fell to the ground. I began to cry. It was becoming too much for me to handle.

Zalgos p.o.v

I was losing control. I could feel it, coursing through my body. Insanity. Jeff tried to get away but I grabbed him and threw him back against the wall and then pinned to him it. My eyes were glowing with insanity as I continued to slash my claws against Jeff's stomach. I could hear Y/n cry in fear but I couldn't stop myself. I was about to slash into him again when I felt an hand grab my arm. I looked back to see Y/n, tears streaming down her cheeks.

"Please stop.." I looked at her and my insanity died down slowly and I let go of Jeff.

"Get out..." He slowly got up and limped out of the front door. I looked at Y/n and I felt my heart stop for a moment. The look on her face. It was of true terror. She looked up to my face, her eyes slightly red from crying.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I froze in place. Why didn't I tell her? Why didn't I take the chance when I had it. She was now afraid. She finally saw the monster who I really was...
