Pizza Delivery Boy

"Hey, do you all want some pizza?" Your friends asks the group of five. You were starving, while everyone else was fine, as they ate before arriving at the party. They decided to order pizza anyway, but made you call.

"One medium pepperoni pizza?" You asked, your hand covering your phone. Your friend nods, then snickers. You tell the guy on the phone what you want on the pizza, and your friend says, "Tell them to send their ugliest delivery person." You cringe, but your friend is staring at you, waiting for you to say it. You hesitantly do, in the quietest, squeakiest voice to ever come out of your mouth.

And, of course, they make you answer the door. It was like your "dare" for the event. You were just glad no one was pressuring your to do drugs or drink. (Really no one ever does.) So when the doorbell rings, you get up and go to the door. You sigh as you open the door, sorry for whoever got called on for the job.

You were greeted by a pair of blue eyes. "Uh. . . Medium with pepperoni?" The boy asked. He wasn't ugly at all. You wondered why he was sent to the house. "Yes, thank you." You gave him some money as a tip as he handed you the box that smelled so greasy, but so good. You held your hand out to him. "I'm (y/n)." He looked up at you, bringing his hand to yours. "Sean." He adverted his eyes. You hoped he didn't know about the "special order" and if he did, you didn't want to think he was ugly. You couldn't think of a way to compliment him without being weird. You looked at him for a moment.

"Your eyes are really pretty." You said. It sounded so much better in your head. His eyes were pretty. He was just cute in general. But you sounded so creepy when you actually said it. Sean just laughed. "Thanks!" You gazed at each other for a moment before he said, "Your eyes are pretty too." with a smile on his face. Sean then scrunched his face, and you knew he thought that his words sounded worse out loud too.
