Anong IMPORTANTENG pag-uusapan namin tungkol sa mga walanghiyang yun? Tss.

“You know what bebe, I don’t care about them anymore. They are free.” I said bitterly tapos uminom ako ng juice. Nanunuyo yung lalamunan ko lintek.

“Yeah really? You don’t care?” Taas kilay niyang sagot sa akin.

“Bebe let us just move on. Please. I don’t want to talk about them anymore so can you please just leave their fvcking business alone. Rot them in hell.” Inis na sabi ko at tumayo. Hindi ko alam kung saan ako pupunta pero ginawa ko na lang alibi yun para makaiwas sa usapan.

Hahakbang na sana ako papunta sa kusina nang muling mag-salita si Audrey.

“You never listen. And that’s the main thing why you keep being hurt. There’s nothing wrong with swallowing a bit amount of your pride you know.”

Napapikit ako sa sinabi niya. Buti na lang at nakatalikod ako kay Audrey kaasi konti na lang, tutulo na naman yung mga peste kong luha. Pero hindi ko mapigilan yung sarili kong sumagot at hinarap ko siya.

“There’s wrong! There’s wrong if pride is the only one left! Yun na lang yung natitira sa akin lulunukin ko pa ba? Ginago na ako! Niloko na ako!” Napag-taasan ko ng boses si Audrey. Bakit ganun? Bakit si Zake yung kinakampihan niya? Akala ko ba naiintindihan niya ako?

“Because you think he did! You think he does. Mei, wake up! Hindi ka niloko ni Zake. Pero nasasaktan kayong dalawa dahil yun ang pilit mong sinasaksak diyan sa makitid na kokote mo! Sarado ang isip at tenga mo sa kanya.” Balik sigaw niya naman sa kin.

Tinakpan ko ang tenga ko ng mariin. Ayoko. Ayoko siyang marinig. Ayokong maniwala! Bakit ba biglang sinasabi  to ni Audrey? Kung kalian pinipilit ko nan gang kalimutan lahat lahat uungkatin na naman! Puta namang buhay to!

“Just.. just stop Audrey. Stop it. I won’t believe anything when it comes to him. Ewan ko kung ano bang ipinakain niya sayo at ganyan ka.” Tapos isinensyas ko yung kamay ko na parang umaayaw.

“He let me eat the truth. Binusog niya ako sa katotohanan.” She said firmly.

“Bebe please stop it!” And here I am, crying again.

Nonstop crying it is. Really.

Audrey stood up and walked towards me. She tries to comfort me sa paghagod ng buhok ko. I breakdown in her arms.

“Bebe tama na muna. No more Zake now please. I just don’t want to hear the story behind. Negative or affirmative. I want to rest. I am too tired of crying because of him. Let me rest please I am sick of these..” I sobbed.

“Are you sure of that? Why don’t you give Zake a try? Why don’t you give your relationship a chance?” Hinawakan niya ako sa balikat at ihinarap niya ako sa kanya.

“Bebe kung gagawin ko bay un, do you think it is worth it? Masyado ng maraming nangyari at masyado na kaming nasaktan. Pagod na din ako. Pagod na pagod na ako. At alam kong ganun din siya. I just want to move on besides.. He’s..He’s getting..He’s getting m-married..” Napahagulgol na naman ako. Ang sakit sabihin. Tangina lang.

“Yeah I’ve heard that.  He chose to get married, because you didn’t choose him.” Malungkot na sabi niya. Lumayo siya sa akin at lumapit sa may sofa tsaka niya inabot ang bag niya. “You’ve chosen your pride. I’m sorry to say that. But anyways, I have to go. Call me if you need something, if you need the truth. But remember, time is running. You might regret your decisions.” And with that, she walked out of my condo.
