"We're gonna get in so much trouble" I whispered as we wandered the empty halls, making our way to the nearest exit. "Oh shush Mads, we'll be fine" Jace chuckled. He took my hand and we walked out. "Where are we gonna go?" I gave him a little smile. He smiled back and said "You'll see". This is what I got for choosing Jace to be my best friend, not that it was a bad thing. We walked hand in hand away from the school. We talked and laughed and swung our arms back and forth. It was perfect. We grabbed some food and made our way to the nearby park. We sat under a shady tree and ate our food, talking and laughing. Jace took out his phone and then put an arm around me and smiled "Smile Mads". Snap. We looked at it, it was so cute! "Send that to me" I chuckled, taking a bite of my chicken wrap. We did this for awhile before we had to go back to school. Safe. How we did it, I had no idea whatsoever. With Jace, we were always crazy. We did the craziest things you could think of. Things that other teenagers wouldn't dare to do. And the crazier thing was...We never got in trouble.
