As Austin opened the door for me I stepped out stretching my legs. i stepped out of the car and observed the place, i was in awe, he had brought me to a beautiful amusement park right next to the beach, my face was in shock, forming an "o" with my lips due to the disbelief.
"Beautiful isn't it?" Austin asked as he stood next to me

"It really is, you have nice taste in places Mahone" I replied.
He looked at me a gave me a slight, yet noticeable side smile. He took my hand and walked me into the gates of the park.

i was still in awe "Austin I can't believe you-"

"Save it, you deserve this and so much more" He said cutting me off.
I blushed a light shade of pink.

Once he paid for our tickets we walked further into the park. I observed it closely, watching all the children and all the couples, there were many rides and many games, i didnt even know where to start. Austin immediately pointed to the rollercoaster, I shook my head in dissaproval. I have a huge fear of rollercoasters. I've never ridden in one and I don't plan on it anytime soon. i stepped back in fear

"no austin, i don't want to." i whined

"Come on Michaela let's ride this, just one time......please" he said putting a pouty face, ugh I couldn't resist how cute he was. but i'm scared I don't wantmto do it! 'man up Michaela don't be such a wimp.' My subconscious is debating back and forth. Should i go? 'come on Michaela we can do this.' i shake my head and smile, austin immediately grips my hand and almost pulls me to the ride, wow, he looks so childish, so normal, im surprised he hasnt been recognized here, the last thing i want is a repeat of what happened at the mall. There was a couple of people ahead of us, the line was moving fairly quickly, before i knew it we were next. My heart is in my mouth, i can feel my pulse rising as the man in charge checks our seatbelts making sure we're secure, my palms are sweating like crazy and before I knew it we take off.

i grabbed Austin's hand and squeezed it while shutting my eyes closed. i could feel the elevation of the rollercoaster, it was slowing down as it reached the top, my heart felt like it was gonna sink to the ground. When we reach the top the ride comes to a complete stop. i open my eyes in fear that the ride was broken, it wasnt, in reality this was just a trick to build up the suspense. Austin looks at me as he holds my hand, he gives me an assertive smile followed by a wink.

"dont worry baby, you'll be okay."

i try to relax and let his words sink in but before i could respond to him the ride suddenly DROPPED at a fast pace, I couldn't help but scream, my hair was moving everywhere and my stomach was feeling tingly and funny. This rollercoaster had twists and turns everywhere, all that could be heard was screams coming from us and the other passengers, but not screams of fear, screams of excitement. I strangely begin laughing, Austin's hand still entwined with mine making me forget my terrible fear of heights. This ride is not as bad as I thought, it's scary and fun at the same time.

When the cart came to a complete stop we went over to see our picture that was taken during the drop, my eyes were closed, but austin's mouth was wide open, clearly he was screaming, yet he still managed to look hot. I felt a little dizzy so I took a few seconds to regain my balance.

"how was that baby?" Austin smirked.

"strangely, it wasnt as scary as i thought it would be. your presence must have helped." i said giving him an assertive smile.

He pulled me in and gently pecked the tip of my nose "you're so cute when you're scared."

I giggle at his comment.

"hey lets go over to the basketball booth, im a pro at bball." i smile and nod. He takes my hand and leads me to the booth.

We arrive to the booth fairly quickly and luckily we're the only ones there, thank God!

The guy at the booth looked at us and smiled.

"Hello there young man and young lady, you want to shoot some hoops." he asks enthusiatically

"you know it." austin assures

"well young man, see that basket right there." he said pointing over to the basket, austin nodded, "all you have to do is throw that ball into that basket 4 times and you can win your lovely lady that giant teddy bear thats right over there." he pointed a giant cream colored teddy bear with a bow that was neatly placed on the shelf.

Austin looked at me
"Babe you see that bear right there? I promise you'll take that home tonight."

i blushed bright pink, I knew it was noticeable because Austin winked at me making my knees weak. He made his first two shots without a problem.
The guy smiled at him giving him the ball for a third shot "thats quite an arm you got there young man. just 2 more shots."
He aimed for his third shot, aligning the ball with the basket and swooshing it right in. I would be lying if I said he didn't have game. He smiled as he was handed the ball for his fourth shot, he threw the ball and at a swift movement it went right in.

The man looked at him "Great job young man! here is your price for your lovely lady." he said handing austin the giant teddy bear.

he smiled and handed me the bear "for you baby."


i blushed "Thanks Austin. I think I'll name her Tina" I hugged my new teddy bear.

"thats cute michaela, but obviously not as cute as you." he gave me a gentle kiss on the lips. i felt weird due to the fact that we were still at the basketball booth in front of the man in charge of it. i blushed and just looked down in embarrasment.

The man looked at us and gave us a warm smile, "thanks for playing, you kids enjoy the rest of your day."

We walked further away from the booth, our hands entwined.
"Hey want to go get some cotton candy?" Austin asked randomly.

i smiled I nodded at his suggestion.

We walked over to the cotton candy machine where a tall light skinned red headed girl who looked about 20 stood. She seemed to be mesmorized by Austin, i simply rolled my eyes, Austin does have that effect on girls.

"what can i get you guys?" she asked politely

"umm i'll have the purple one and my girlfriend here will have the blue one." austin said pulling me closer grabbing my waist.

"Certainly." she said giving me a forced smile. Im guessing shes upset she cant have MY Austin...too bad.

She handed us our cotton candy, of course Austin paid for it since he doesnt let me pay anything, and with that we walked further into the park.

As we walked we giggled and laughed about the rollercoaster ride, i told Austin what a good shot he was at basketball. i was still holding my giant teddy bear, i knew people were staring but i couldnt care less. i was then distracted by someone calling my name.

"MICHAELA?!" Someone said. That female voice sounded so familiar but who did it belong to.

"Michaela is that you?!" and at that instant i knew whos voice that was. Danielle. I didn't want to turn around, but knowing her so well she would follow me until she got her answers.

i turned slowly
"Danielle, wha- what are you doing here?" I asked worriedly

"What does it look like i'm doing here, it's and amusement park, who are you here with" she asked signaling to Austin who still had his back turned.

He then turned around, having a confused look on his face as he saw danielle.

"Austin? You are here with Austin?!?! tell me it's a joke Michaela"

i couldnt find the words to say, what was i gonna tell her? at that moment i felt like the worst friend in the world.

"danielle, its not a joke." i said not wanting to look her in the eyes, my voice was soft "as a matter of fact, hes my boyfriend now."


" WHAT?!?!" she yelled in disbelief

"I can't believe you, Michaela he's a jerk and an asshole and all he is going to do is fuck you and leave you like the rest of the girls hes had. you lied to me, you said you weren't going to go to his party and now I know you did since you are now his girlfriend. since when did you become Harley number 2?" her words hit me like bullets but i couldnt let her insult me like that. Since when did I become Harley number 2? This is such a low blow i'm no Harley what an insult!!

"Harley number 2? Really Danielle really you're going there? stop being such a bitch!" wow! i had never talked to danielle like that but how dare she compare me to Harley! i am NOTHING like her!
"how can you even say that? That was such a harsh blow coming from you who is supposed to be my best friend and dont you call Austin an Asshole you don't even know him enough to talk about him." I yelled back.

Austin just stood there bewildered by everything that was happening, he seemed he was in disbelief from all the harsh words escaping mine and danielle's mouth, i knew people were staring but at this point i dont care, how dare danielle talk to me like that!

"I guess I now know who you chose over me, it was nice having you as a best friend for a while, I guess its true michaela, nothing last forever. have a nice day with your boyfriend!" She said lowering her voice.

I had nothing else to say to her. She gave me one last look and left her way.

Tears started streaming down my face, i felt so angry yet sad, It was all my fault. I shouldn't have lied to her in the first place, her words were so harsh, did she mean everything she said? wow, thats hurtful! At this moment I want to run to a faraway place where im all alone and i can cry.
i cried into my teddy bear and the people that were around just awkwaardly pass by me.

Austin approaches me and hugs me knowing that his comfort can really help. He kisses my cheek softly and looks at me.
He carresses my face, wiping my tears with his thumb. Its so weird how simply his touch can make me feel so much better.

He tilts my chin up and places a soft kiss on my lips.

"maybe we should go now." he whispers, i nod in agreement

Were in the car on our way back home, the teddy bear chilling in the back seat. all i can do is look out the window and think.

"I don't blame Danielle for what she said about me" Austin speaks softly.

I looked at him giving him a weak smile.

"It's all my fault why this even happened, she just needs to know you better Austin. you're not a bad person" i asure him giving him a side smile.

He grabs my hand and intertwined our fingers together as he steers the car with the other.

"Thanks michaela, but what she said about me was true. i dont deny it one bit. I am a jerk, you can't blame yourself for what just happened, but I do know how you feel. if me and Alex ever had a fit like that I would be devastated as well." Wow! i never really knew how much he cared for his friends. I really don't know how that's helping but right now i'm glad it's Sunday so tomorrow I can approach Danielle at school.

What if she doesn't forgive me? ugh There I go with the questions again. I should really stop that. As Austin drives I turn on the radio and 'Fall' by Ed Sheeran' started playing, This song made me think of Austin. I looked at Austin and He looked at me then he started singing.

"I will fall for you, and if i fall for you.....would you fall too" Wow! what beautiful lyrics, plus, he has a beautiful voice that melts my heart.

"This should be our song" he smiled

i nodded weakly still devastated about what happened with danielle

"Babe everything is going to be okay, you just have to think positive" He assured me.

He finally pulls up to the parking lot of my house, its now 5:30, even though my mom said 10, i really just need to think and get some rest. Austin unlocked the door and stepped out to open my door. i still cant get over the fact he does that everytime, i know how to open a door. but its a cute detail i guess.

He walks me to my font door.
"you know austin, despite all that happened with danielle, i had fun today, thank you." i tiptoed and gave him a kiss on the cheek

he smiled, "try not to think too much, if you need anything, dont hesitate to call me. i wish we could have hung out later but you need to rest."

he gave me a gentle kiss on the lips and started walking back to his car.

"AUSTIN WAIT!" i yelled

he turned back instantly

"my teddy bear."

he giggled, walking to his car he opened the back seat and pulled out the giant teddy bear, taking it to me.

"here you go." he said never taking his eyes off mine

i hugged it tightly taking in its scent, it smells like Austin's cologne.

he approached me, giving me a kiss on my forehead before walking back to his car.

once he settles in he looks out the window and blows me a kiss, i blush as i hug my teddy bear tightly. i wave at him and with that he drives off.
