Splinter left the pet shop with four turtle babies in a box. he sees two strange men carring a weird contaner. he desides to follow the two weird guys. Turning the corner, He accidentally bumps into one guy as he trips over a stroller holding twin baby girls. The strange man drops a container spilling a blue-green glowing liquid over himself the girls and the turtle babies. The turtles start to walk around on two legs as splinter transforms into a large rat. The two girls start to change first to turtles then back to human girls. The girls continue to change between turtles and humans. Splinter scoops up the turtles and the two girls and carries them to the nearest manhole.
