Colette hears loud noises coming from above. She debates in her head whether it was the right time to come out.
It was a risk for her because she could get caught. She didn't know who was on board and for her she doesn't trust easily when it comes to other people. But at the same time she didn't really care if she got caught. After all, She had got this far hadn't she?.
She sneaked out as fast as she possibly could and as she looked around she realized no-one really payed attention to her because some of them were too engrossed in their conversations to notice her.
She runs out of the docks and into the town center where she see's a huge billboard towering over one of the tall buildings that San Francisco has to offer.
She wondered what was in that building but to her it seemed it was for business people. Full of offices and water fountains.
But she wasn't really interested in that. On her right there was an elderly lady feeding the birds.
Colette decided to walk up to her. "Excuse me.. Could you give me directions to The Bay Mirror please?."
The Old lady smiled and pointed down the street. Colette followed the direction she was pointing in and sure enough The Bay mirror comes into view.
As she walked in Colette thought hard about what she was going to say but in the end she decided to Wing it.
Someone was watching her invisibly and following her on this journey of hers. It was intriguing him and spiked his curiosity. He knew from a friend of his named The Seer that this girl was important to his timeline and his future but he wasn't entirely sure why and how she could be special.
There was one thing that concerned him though, It was the very fact that she could possibly be going to see his ex.
He frowned and thought to himself "I'm not jealous..Its just concerning..She could be seeking magical help or she could just be a mortal..There's no need to panic." He was sure that this girl was not going to be an obstruction to his plans but he wasn't sure how he knew either. It was more of a gut feeling.
As Colette stepped forward to the receptionist, She nervously emptied her throat. "Excuse me, Where Can I find Phoebe Halliwell please?."
Suddenly a woman came out of her office.
"My name is Elise Rothman and Phoebe works for me... Can I ask what this is regarding?."
Colette coughs nervously. "It's kind of personal.."
Elise rolls her eyes. "They all say that..so if your some kind of weird stalker than I'd suggest you leave now."
A beautiful blonde woman steps out of another office. "It's okay Elise I can handle it."
Elise nodded. "Just be careful and don't spend too long talking..we've still got the morning edition to do."
She smiled. "I'm on it..Don't worry."
She turned to Colette. "I'm Phoebe Halliwell, What can I do for you?."
