Colette didn't have to wait long for Percy.
But she of course hadn't noticed him yet making his way toward her.

She of course was busy sitting down on a rock next to the actual flag.

She wasn't supposed to let her guard down but she was too busy in pity mode and feeling sorry for herself.

To be quite honest this wasn't like her character typically but she felt as if she found a family here and lost them at the same time.

She looked up just as Percy was gaining speed and momentum toward her. Almost like his anger was his driving force.

But then again that wasn't like Percy at all. Usually Percy kept a calm and cool head in these type of situations.

Unless of course he was fighting Luke. He remembered Luke fondly. When Luke had welcomed him into camp only to be betrayed by him working for the Titan Lord Kronos.

All because he hated his father Hermes. But the problem was it wasn't Hermes fault.. It was Percy's father that was the problem.

You see, When Percy was born.. The gods, Zeus himself thought that Poseidon was neglecting his godly responsibilities. But then again he probably was because he was so happy with his son but he knew in his heart that it wouldn't last.

He was a god and Percy's mother was a mortal.

The outcome of all that was that Zeus decreed that no God or goddess should have contact with any of their offspring.

Before all that though some of their offspring were apparently dangerous and therefore they had to swear on the river Styx never to have any more children.

But of course neither of those things worked.

Percy had made short work of crossing the river. After all he was the son of Poseidon.

Colette stood up simultaneously as Percy brought his sword down on her.

They sparred in silence neither one of them knowing what to say.

Until Colette realised that she had to fix this somehow or some way.

She knew that words wouldn't one hundred percent fix things but she felt like she had to try.

The sparring continued up until the point of where Percy has his sword at her throat and he grabbed her arm bulling it down and then with his hand he quickly grabbed her sword and holds her sword behind him.

She looks down at the sword touching her throat. She swallowed nervously.

She had never been in the situation before and didn't know what to expect plead with him

Percy growls angrily. "Yeah but you don't exactly help yourself do you?.."

Colette frowned. "What do you mean?."

Percy sighs. "The whole point of training is to help you in situations like this to stop you getting killed."

Colette nodded. "I know that Percy.. You're not the one getting recruited by the dark side."

He smirked. "Okay now your exaggerating."

She shook her head and pushes the tip of the sword down. "No I'm not.. Remember the the guy that came to see me in camp the other day."

Percy nodded. "Yeah of course.. You're little visitor was probably the talk of the camp."

She looked at the sword still raised but pointed downwards and not at her neck but still raised enough to do some serious harm.

"Percy.. I knew him.. He's supposedly getting married to one of the girls I stayed with."

Percy frowns. "And?.."

She looks around realising that crowds were beginning to form now.

"She's a witch and he's a demon and all of a sudden I get these powers and Poesidon tells me he was working with the guy all along..What am I supposed to do?."

Percy shook his head. "I..I don't believe you.. My dads a good guy."

Colette tutted. "They all say that.. Gods are supposed to have big egos remember?."

Percy raises his sword in anger. Colette raises her leg in a circular motion kicks her brother in the shins causing him to topple over momentarily.

She scrabbles across the beached sand for her sword.

She grabs the sword just in time as Percy stands up and their swords collide.

They spar again but this time more viciously.

The game lay forgotten and the crowds never bothered to get the flag neither did they bother to stop the actual fight.

Grover stood next to Chiron. "Chiron Don't you think we should stop them before they kill each other."

Chiron shook his head in reply. "No.. They have to sort it out for themselves."

He added. "Besides We have trained Percy well.. He of all people knows when it's time to stop."

Colette had enough. Sensing her chance She swiped he sword in an arc motion bring the sword down clattering out of his hand onto the floor.

She then hit Percy in the chest causing him to topple over on his back.

She climbed onto the top of him and threw her sword away out of reach. She grabbed his collar. "I don't care whether you believe me or not but your supposed to be my brother and families support each other no matter what."

Several of the other campers finally decided to move in. They grabbed Colette off Percy.

Colette pushed the other campers off her. "Get off me!."

She grabbed her sword and gave Percy one last angry look before she left and headed towards her cabin.
