Chapter 48 Analia's P.O.V.

I guess this was it.

My bags were made, the room that once belonged to me was empty, and I was leaving.

I still can't believe it.

I was leaving.

A great job, great friends that even became family to me, amazing memories, and all because of a guy.

Who doesn't have the guts to defend and fight for me.

I gave up everything, for nothing.

And now to do what?

That's right, I have no idea.

Because I let him ruin that for me.

I was currently in the parking lot with my bags in my hands, everyone I knew lined up along with a few maids that worked there to say their goodbyes.

"Here is everything you have worked for" Mrs.Richardson states handing me a check with a great amount of money.

"Thank you" I reply quietly.

"I'm going to miss you Ana!" Martha cries wrapping her arms around me.

I hug her back tightly with my eyes closed.

"I'm going to miss you too" I confess.

She pulls away after a few seconds drying away the few tears that had fallen from her eyes.

I fought back mine moving onto to Fran.

"I still can't believe you're leaving. I wish this wasn't the end. I'm going to miss you yelling at me from my room or bathroom to get out so we won't be late for our morning shifts" she begins.

I chuckle.

"I love you Analia, I'm going to miss everything about you!" Fran confesses giving me a tight hug.

"I know, me too" I agree hugging her tightly.

"Be safe baby girl, and remember to call us everyday" she advises rubbing my back.

"I will" I assure pulling away.

My heart broke when I saw Emily's puffy eyes, tears rolling down her pink cheeks.

"Awww don't cry. You're too pretty to cry honey" I state drying her tears.

"I can't help it, you're leaving. I don't want you to go!" She cries.

"I know, I don't want to go either" I state hugging her.

"But this isn't the end. We'll see each other again, this is not goodbye. I promise I will work hard and do all in my power to see you once again, if it's the last thing I do" I assure.

"I love you Ana, you're like a sister to me" she confesses.

"Same here, I'm really going to miss you" I smile.

"Me too, but as you said this isn't goodbye" Emily replies.

"Good. Now promise me you'll continue working hard in school, being obedient, and taking things step by step with your little Justin partner" I advise.

She chuckles.

"I promise" she assures with a smile.

I kiss her forehead and walk up to Elis.

"I'm really going to miss you Ana. I wish there was something I could do to prevent this from happening" she confesses.

"This is for the best" I assure myself more than I assure her.
