Chapter 7

Emily POV

I woke up. It was Saturday so tonight at the club will be busy. I looked at the clock. 9:47. My phone buzzed.

From: Austin
Hey. Wanna hang.

To: Austin
Is it only u.

From: Austin
Me and Evan.

To: Austin
No thanks

From: Austin
I will come and drag u here if u won't come.

To: Austin
Fine!

From: Austin
Don't wear your wig.

To: Austin
Ok now your pushing it.

From: Austin
Evan should deserve to know. Saying he is in love with Mystery. Plus he told me that he is going to ask Mystery out.

To: Austin
Really?!? No I don't know what to say...and I can't just open up to him that quickly!

From: Austin
Just get ready. I'll be there at 10:45. See you then.

I sighed and got up. I took a quick shower and got out. I grabbed skinny jeans and a t-shirt. I put on some tennis shoes. I put on some lip gloss and curled my real hair. I put my hair up and put my wig on top.

I can't believe he's going to try and make me take off my wig.

I sighed and walked downstairs. I grabbed a granola bar and a glass of milk. I ate and then I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and Austin was there. He was wearing jeans and a blue and black flannel.

"Your wearing the wig," he said.

"Yeah I'll take if off there if I have to."

He sighed and we walked to his car. We drove to his house in silence.

"Is Evan already here?" I asked.

He nodded and we got out. We walked up and he opened the door. Evan was sitting on the couch watching football. He turned and looked at me and Austin.

"Sup Emily." He said.

"Hi," I said quietly.

I sat down on the couch.

"So Emily has something to tell you." Austin said to Evan. Evan looked at me.
I grabbed Austin's hand and dragged him into the hallway.

"I don't want to tell him Austin." I stated.

"I don't care. Please Em."

I sighed. "Fine."

I walked back in to the room. I found Evan staring at me. I sighed and started. I pulled the Bobby pins out of my hair. I pulled my wig off and undid my ponytail. My hair fell over my shoulders and I heard Evan curse. I sat down.

"Mystery." I heard him say.

"Or Emily." I said.

Evan POV

I just sat there stunned. Emily was Mystery. That's why she never wanted me to see her face.

"Is that why you wear a wig?" I asked.

"One of the few reasons."

"What are the other."

I saw her look at Austin. He came and sat next to her and put his arm around her. I felt a pang of jealously.

Why. Oh maybe because your in love with Mystery and now you know that Emily is her.
