Chapter 38

Emily POV

I woke up to a sleeping Evan next to me. I shook him awake and he moved a little. He groaned when he opened his eyes.

"To many drinks?" I ask laughing.

"Yeah...just a few to many." He said closing his eyes again. I got up and went into the bathroom. I grabbed some medicine and a glass of water. I walked it back to him and handed it to him. He thanked me.

"Better?" I asked after we took it. He nodded. All of a sudden Evan grabbed me and pulled me on top of him so that I was straddling him. He smirked as I blushed.

"I like this position." Evan stated. My entire face went red as I tried to get off him. He held me to him and laughed as I struggled.

"Evan let go of me!" I yelled. Then the door bell rang. "I have to get the door."

Evan sighed and let go of me. I walked downstairs and to the door. I opened it and a man in a nice suit was there.

"Can I help you?" I asked.

"I'm looking for Evan Parker." He said.

"Why?"

"I just need to talk to him about something." He said sternly. I turned my head and called for Evan. A second later he came down the steps and came behind me. He looked up then his face dropped.

"What are you doing here?" Evan said sharply.

"What am I not allowed to see my son." The man said. My eyes widen.

"You lost your right to be my father after you cheated on Mom." He said with an angry look in his eyes.

"Why can't I have an affair if she had them all the time." Evan's dad said calmly.

"She never had a affair with anyone! You were to busy to realize you must of thought of one of your other ladies!"

"That's just what she wanted you to believe."

"Why are you here? What do you want?" Evan snapped.

"I came to find you mother." He said.

"What do you mean find her!?"

"She moved houses so I don't know where the house is anymore."

"Cause she doesn't want to talk to you!" Evan yelled. "Why do you want to see her?"

"To get her back." He stated.

"I will never tell you were she is."

"Also I still partly own you siblings. You included." He said.

"You can't make me do anything."

"Well I'll just have to go to the police to find your mother."

"You don't deserve her!" I exclaimed. He turned to me and raised his eyebrow.

"Oh Evan. Your slut over stayed her visit. Don't you know you always get rid of them in the morning." Evan's dad said calmly.

Before I knew it Evan was on the ground punching his dad.

"Evan! Stop please!" I yelled. He stopped after his dad was unconscious. He stood up and leaned against he wall. He slid down the wall and put his head in his hands. I ran to the phone and quickly called Evan's mother, Haley.

"Hello?" Haley said into the phone.

"Hi Haley. It's Emily. You need to come to Evan's house or send someone. Evan's dad just showed up and he wants to know were you live. Evan beat him up and now he is unconscious." I said quickly to her.
