EYA’S POV

(So kelan ba ang balik mo dito sa states?)

“By the end of October. Siguro 28 or 30.”

(Ah ganun ba? Masyado pa palang matagal, namimiss na kita Eya.)

“Namimiss na rin kita Vincent. Don’t worry, uuwian kita ng maraming Filipino Food.”

(Talaga? Ang sweet talaga ng Girlfriend ko.) He paused. Then said: (Eya…..)

“Mmm?”

(I love you……)

“I love you too….. huwag kang mambababae diyan hah, alam ko naman na habulin ka ng chix eh.”

(Don’t worry Eya, ikaw lang ang love ko.)

“Hahaha, a-no-behhh? Huwag ka ngeng mesyedeng swet.”

Narinig ko siyang tumawa. (Hahaha, hay nako Eya, mas lalo mo akong pinamimiss sayo. Umuwi ka na kasi.)

“Hindi pwede Vincent, may kailangan pa akong asikasuhin, promise ko sayo, pagkatapos na pagkatapos kong gawin yung dapat kong gawin dito, pupunta na agad ako diyan. Alam mo naman na malakas ka sa akin eh.”

(Sinabi mo yan hah)

“Ako pa. Osige na, ibaba ko na to.”

(OK, bye Eya, I love you.)

“I love you too.”

Binaba ko na yung phone dahil nacut na yung line. Haaayyzz, kawawang lalaki. Masyadong utu-uto. He’s Vincent, the Mr. Nice Guy. Pure Filipino siya kaya marunong siyang magtagalog. Nasa states din siya ngayun, naging classmate ko sa States nung college ako. He is handsome, he’s rich, and very Nice. But I don’t take our relationship seriously. Pagkapunta ko dun sa states, ibe-break ko na siya. How sad right?

Nagsimula na akong maglakad papunta sa baba pero nagring na naman yung phone ko.

Bestpren Chad

“Chad, napatawag k--“

(Mamaya 2 o’clock, dito sa bahay ko. Sharp.)

Nacut na agad yung line. Nangyarehhh? Bakit niya kaya ako pinapapunta sa bahay niya ng 2 o’clock? Susme, baka isa na naman tong joke. Kilalang-kilala ko na si Chad, baka pinagtitripan na naman niya ako. Pupunta ba ako sa bahay niya? Haist, waste of time lang yan, pero……. Miss ko na yung bestpren ko, ngayon ko lang ulit siya nakausap simula nung dumating ako dito sa pinas. Hay sige na nga, pupunta na ako dun.

CHAD’S POV

**Flash Back**

While sleeping here on my beloved bed, I heard the door of my room open, then……

“KYYYYAAHHHHH”

I opened my eyes. “L-Lory?” I saw her turned around. She don’t want to look at me, why? Then I realized that I am not wearing any shirt for my top. I’m topless.

I went closer to her then hugged her with a wide smile. “Nagpunta ka ba dito…… dahil namimiss mo na ang asawa mo?” sabi ko habang yakap-yakap ko siya. Umalis siya sa pagkakayakap ko.

“How dare you Chad! We’re not even married. And……. Can you please put your shirt on.” She said.

“Tsk, may nangyari na nga’t lahat sa atin dati, nahihiya ka parin makita yung abs ko?”

“Chad please!” she said seriously. I think she’s mad.

“OK-OK, di naman mabiro.” Sinuot ko na yung t-shirt ko, tapos nagsimula na siyang umupo sa kama ko.

“Chad…….”

“Yes my princess?”

“We need to talk. And don’t call me princess.”

“OK……. Well about what?”

“About Eya.” I was surprised. Oo nga pala, nakauwi na siya dito. Wew, ano na kaya ang hitsura niya?

“Kamusta na nga pala siya?” tanong ko.

“Ahmm, Chad……..” nakita ko yung mukha ni Lory na naging malungkot.

“W-What’s wrong?”

“E-Eya has changed.”

“W-What? You mean….. she turned into a werewolf?” Lory’s face became mad. Having a *fvck*-face.

“Ah-I’m sorry. I’m just kidding. What was it again?”

“Chad, Eya has changed. She’s not the Eya that we know. Her heart was still full of anger. And because of that anger, she even plays the life of many men.”

“What do you mean by that? She can’t still moved-on on what happen to her because of Memo?”

“Yeah, she became a Casanova. She has 2 boyfriends on states, and the other one was the guy who was with Eya when she came here.”

What the heck? Totoo ba yung mga sinasabi ni Lory? Casanova na si Eya? Pinaglalaruan niya lang yung mga lalaking yun? Oh Ghad!

“L-Lory, what should we do? And….. how about Cross? Does he know all these?”

“I have no idea Chad, but we have to do something.”

“I have an idea, I’ll talk to Eya later.”

“Okay….. it’s just between you and Eya later.”

“Yes…….”

“Good luck Chad, just be ready. Today’s Eya is not the same as the Eya that we had met when we were on high school. Wish all the best to you……” Lory kissed me quickly on my lips. “I gotta go.” She said.

Mabilis na nawala si Lory. Hindi ko man lang siya naalok na sumabay na sa akin na magbreakfast. On the other side, I’m getting nervous to see Eya. I have to call her now. I dialed her number.

(Chad, napatawag k--) She said. Pero hindi ko na siya pinatapos.

“Mamaya 2 o’clock, dito sa bahay ko. Sharp.”

Sa boses ni Eya, parang ibang-iba na nga talaga siya. I must get ready.
