Aphmau's POV

I made sure I had everything again, grabbing my things for my French class, which I had first. I looked over to the sleeping Garroth.

His first class didn't start till nine. Mine started at seven.

I smoothed my shirt, quickly adjusting my hair before leaning down to press my lips to his cheek.

He stirred, his eyes blinking open.

"I'll see you later," I smiled. "Don't be late for classes, okay?"

"Have fun," he mumbled, yawning. "I won't. Be careful."

He pushed his head up, quickly connecting our lips, smiling slightly against it.

I smiled, kissing back briefly before pulling away.

"Bye." I got up, pushing my hair behind my ears. "Have fun at all your classes. I'll see you for lunch?"

"Yeah." He plopped his head back down. "I'll see you then. I love you."

I smiled, feeling my face heat up. I quickly opened the door, blowing a quick kiss to him and shutting it behind me as I walked out.

That was so awkward, Aphmau.

I sighed and walked towards my French class. I checked the time; 6:47.

I had a few minutes to spare, so I decided to run to the cafe that was close to here. It was right after Laurance's dorm.

Yeah, his old dorm, which his new one is located in the hospital.

I mentally punched myself for thinking such horrible thoughts. I sighed, walking into the cafe.

I walked up to the counter, the same pink haired girl that worked at iHop smiling at me.

  "Eee!" She squealed. "It's you!"

  "It's me," I smiled. "Aphmau."

"Oh,  Kawaii~Chan is so excited to see you!" She smiled back. "Maybe you and her will have classes together!"

"Yeah." I nodded. "My name is Aphmau."

"Oh,  Aphmau~Senpai, that's a wonderful name!" She squealed again. "Oh, Kawaii~Chan is blabbering. What can she get you?"

"Just a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles," I slightly smiled. "And a medium coffee. I need to wake up."

"Of course!" She smiled. I reached into my wallet, but she smacked my hand. "Oh goodness! She's so sorry! But it's on the house, okay, Aphmau~Senpai?"

"Really? Oh, thank you." I smiled when she nodded. "That means a lot."

I waited for a minute to get my food, then I sat down a a table near a window. I pulled out my phone, scrolling through social media.

I only looked up when a boy with dark hair and dark eyes walked in, his eyes meeting mine.

His expression softened at me, his eyes growing wider. He turned around, walking to the counter.

"Aaron~Kun!" Kawaii~Chan clasped her hands together, smiling gleefully. "What do you need?"

I heard him mumble something, and then began to leave.
