   Aphmau's POV

  "You asked her out on a date?!"

  Garroth turned around slowly, sighing deeply. "I knew you and your curiousity wouldn't let my mother and I talk for a minute."

  Laurance growled under his breath. I leaned against the wall, scared of what was about to happen.

  "You shouldn't get all pissy with me." Garroth frowned. "If anything, you should be glad that I'm actually settling down with a girl--"

   "I'm not Zoey!" He yelled. "I don't care if you're a man-whore! I don't give two shits if you sleep around! All I care about it her!"

   Silence.

I felt my heart breaking as I realize what I had done. I said yes to Garroth, and I really like him, but I didn't even think twice about Laurance.

  Garroth's eyes shifted to me, sadness filling them. "Great. Now she's crying."

   "W-what?" I didn't even see the tears falling from my eyes. I quickly wiped them. "N-no I'm not."

   Garroth turned to Laurance. "That hurts, coming from my best friend."

Laurance just snorted, rolling his eyes.

 
   "Get out." Garroth said quietly.

   "You're just trying to control your anger." Laurance sneered. "You don't want her to be scared of you and run away. She should be scared of you. You have anger issues."

   "I said get out." He said a little louder. "If you're going to be a complete and total asshole, get out."

   "No!" Laurance balled his hands up in fists. "I won't give up on her."

   "I told you she didn't like you!" He yelled. "Why is it every fucking time I try to get something I have it snatched away from me?!"

   Laurance let out a frustrated groan. Garroth's face turned red out of anger.

   "Garroth, calm down." I yelled to him. "Please, calm down!"

  He didn't calm down

  Instead, he stepped up to Laurance and punched him square in the jaw, shoving him into the wall. I let out a scream, hoping no one would hear me and call the cops.

    Laurance blinked, blood dripping from his nose. Garroth raised his hand to slap him, but I ran right in front of Laurance just before.

  Garroth's hand smacked my cheek, making me wince and stumbled back into Laurance. It dragged across my face and jerked my head to the side, making my cheek burn.

   "Oh my god, Aphmau!" Laurance said, grabbing my shoulders and turning me around to face him. His jaw dropped.

  Garroth stumbled backwards, his eyes widening. His face went pale, and tears instantly welled up in his eyes.

   "No, no, no--" he started. "Aphmau, no, no, I didn't--"

   "See what happens?!" Laurance screamed at him. He grabbed my land and pushed me out of the now open door. "You fuck everything up!"
