Fanfiction.
Obviously, we all know what this is. We write it, we read it, technically, we are it.
We make up stories, different worlds, alternative lives about five boys we met through screens - whether it be a computer, TV, or other mobile device.
But have you ever thought about what it would be like if they actually read these? If they actually took the time to search themselves on these websites and read about what people think their lives are really like?
About the babies, the problems, the vampires, the cold blooded murderers, gang members, the schools, the girls, and even the ones about themselves and their other bandmates?
Well, let me tell you, things could get a bit hectic. Fanfic after fanfic, Louis, Harry, Liam, Niall, and Zayn are engrossed in this stuff. There are hundreds of fics in their 'libraries'.
Its starting to affect everything about them. They're losing sleep because they're up all night reading about themselves. They're rushing through concerts because they want to get back home and finish that last chapter of After. They can't look at each other the same way, because all they can think about when they do is that smut scene from Room 317 or Dark Narry.
Louis is still sobbing from 99 Days Without You. Harry can't get over Dancing Styles. Niall is anxious for Fanboy to be updated. Liam is still trying to finish Let Yourself Fall. Zayn still can't believe he's a bully in Cyberspace. He thinks he's pretty nice...he is nice...right?
Everything around them is falling apart....but their eyes are still glued to their screens. Before long, they're even writing their own fanfiction and making Tumblrs. Everyone's noticing but them. The boys are in distress, and they're slowly drifting away to craziness.
Who's going to finally save their sanity?

A/N So there it is! The short prologue to S.O.S! I know I'm working on a lot of fics right now but its probably going to take some time to update this because I have to read all of the fic the boys read ;)
They'll be talking to Wattpad members, so if you're nice and you'd like to chat with one of them, just tell me!

If a fanfic is mentioned in a chapter, I'd like to dedicate the author to said chapter, but most likely more than one story will be mentioned.
