I don't like the beginning of this book. to be completely honest, I didn't write it well. In my opinion its gets better throughout the book. So please excuse the short chapters, gramatical errors, and cliche lines. It was my first book on Wattpad. Thanks.
I had no idea what was gonna happen when we first met. Well actually, I didn't expect anything to happen. But things change.
It all started when my mom came home from work all smiles. It was the second day of summer vacation so I had spent the say inside. She dropped her bag on the couch and stood directly in front of my view of the TV.
"I was watching that mom," I complained. She turned it off.
"Ive got great news," she squealed.
"Better than my favorite show," I asked a little annoyed.
"Yes! Ok so you know Ive been in a relationship for sometime now..." I nodded. "The two of us were thinking that its time for you to meet his son! We're going out for dinner tonight."
"Awe mom! But my show is on!"
"But we're going to Red Lobster! Your favorite restaurant," she said stretching out 'favorite'. I sighed getting off the couch.
"I'll go get dressed." She hugged me tight.
"Thats the spirit! Wear something nice!"
After trudging upstairs I closed my room door and walked over to my closet. Her boyfriend was cool, but I wasn't planning on going out. I just wasn't in the mood. But I couldn't disappoint her either. I pulled out my simple pink polka dot dress that I hadn't wore before.
I let down my long, naturally curly hair and slid on my comfortable black flats. I wasn't trying to impress anyone. I walked down stairs to see my mom's boyfriend halfway through the door way. Behind him was a boy who looked about my age. "Grace? Id like you to meet Niall Horan."
