We finish what was probably the best breakfast I have ever eaten and clear the table. "I should probably head home for a little bit," he says as he brings the dishes to the sink. "If nothing else, I need to shower and change clothes."
The sadness that I feel scares me a little bit because I shouldn't be this upset over him going home. He just spent the night with me and I'm already looking forward to when I will see him again. "Are you coming back later?" I ask, hating the desperation I can hear in my voice. When did I become so desperate? I turn towards the sink to start washing the dishes.
"If you want me to," he says as he slides in behind me. He wraps his arms around my waist and rests his head on my shoulder. "And I hope you want me to, because I want to."
I smile as he kisses my neck and then releases me to find his shoes. "How about we just hang out here tonight and watch a movie." He slips on his shoes. "I'll pick up a pizza on my way back over, say around 6ish? Does that work for you?"
"Yep." What am I going to do for the next 7 hours? I should probably go check on my mom. I feel him walk up behind me and grab my waist to turn me around. I try to grab a towel to rinse off my soapy hands but his lips are on mine before I get a chance. I wrap my arms around his shoulders holding my hands up so not to drip soap suds on his back. He picks me up until I'm sitting on the edge of the sink. I balance myself against him so I don't fall into the water behind me and wrap my legs around him. He breaks away from my lips and snuggles into my chest wrapping his arms around my back. I lay my cheek on the top of his head and sigh.
"I don't think I'm ever going to grow tired of kissing you," he says. "Why don't you just ride with me to my house so I can kiss you anytime I want?"
I smile because I feel the exact same way. "Okay, but on one condition."
"What's that?" he asks still laying on my chest.
"You finish the dishes while I go take a quick shower."
He pulls his face away from my chest and lifts me off the sink. "Deal," he says as he gives me a quick kiss and turns toward the sink.
"Well, that was easy enough," I say as I make my way to my bedroom, smiling the entire way.
