We'd spent the whole day at the beach. Sam, chandler, beth, gray and I. Just as chandler ran out into the sea to go for a swim the others decided to go wait in line for ice cream on the other side of the coast.
A couple minutes after they left chandler came back out.
"Where are the others?" His body looked perfect and toned.
"They went for ice cream" I replied, so happy that he couldn't see my eyes watching him behind my sunglasses.
"What cha reading?"
"Self help book" I laughed.
"Why? You're life's fine"
"No I have issues with my body and stuff like that"
"You shouldn't" he said his voice no longer jokey. "You're beautiful Y/N"
I blushed.
"Thank you but no"
" really you are, and I was wondering if you'd go out for dinner when we get home"
"Like a date?"
"If you want it to be"
"Alright yeah"
He grinned "good because I've wanted to ask you that for forever. He pecked my cheek and ran back to the sea, looking back and smiling at me.
My heart exploded and my eyes closed embracing the thought that Chandler actually wanted to date me.
