An hour later, the seven children ran through the black tiled hallways and went through the large iron door. Inside was filled with rows and rows of the same blue crystal ball. They came to the middle of the room, where Harry claimed he saw Sirius in his dream. But he wasn't here.
"He should be here," he said.
"Harry," Neville called, "This one's got your name on it," he pointed to a shelf, where another crystal ball sat. This one seemed to glow and spiral with smoke.
Harry took the crystal ball, then he suddenly began to hear it whisper. It was a prophecy, this had to be what Trelawney was talking about in Divinations.
"Harry!" Hermione suddenly called. They all turned around, finding a man standing in the dark. He had a hood over his head, and wore a silver death eater mask.
"Where's Sirius?" Harry asked him.
"You know, you really should learn to tell the difference between dreams..." he unsheathed his wand from his cane, and waved it over his face. The mask dissolved away, revealing Lucius Malfoy, "And reality," he said.
"This makes sense," Ruby muttered.
"You saw only what the Dark Lord wanted you to see. Now, hand me the prophecy," he demanded.
"You do anything to us, I'll break it," Harry replied. A loud, high-pitched laugh echoed through the room, and a woman emerged from the darkness. Bellatrix Lestrange.
"He knows how to play. Itty, bitty baby. Potter," she cooed.
"Bellatrix Lestrange," Neville could hardly believe his eyes.
"Neville Longbottom, is it? How's Mum and Dad?" she asked.
"Better, now they're about to be avenged!" Neville was about to curse her, but the others held him back.
"Now, let's everybody just calm down...shall we?" Lucius asked, "All we want is that prophecy,"
"Why did Voldemort need me to come and get this?" Harry asked.
"You dare speak his name?" Bellatrix asked, "You filthy half-blood!"
"It's all right. He's just a curious lad, aren't you?" Lucius asked him, "Prophecies can only be retrieved by those about whom they are made. Which is lucky for you, really," they suddenly heard more footsteps. Hermione and Ruby turned around, finding two more Death Eaters standing before them.
"Haven't you always wondered... what was the reason for the connection between you and the Dark Lord? Why he was unable to kill you...when you were just an infant? Don't you want to know the secret of your scar?" he asked. More Death Eaters appeared, closing them in.
"All the answers are there, Potter, in your hand. All you have to do...is give it to me. And I can show you everything," he grinned. Harry looked down at the crystal ball, then back at Lucius.
