Car Crash❤ (Colby Brock)

Chapter 11

Luna POV

I grab Reeds surfboard and head off towards the water. I pull down my sunglasses from my tangled hair and put them on.

"Alright before we start, lets make sure you know how to get up while your on the board." Cody explains.

Colby and I set our boards down on the rough sand. We both step up on to the board.

"Okay first off, you can't stand like that... More like this." Cody laughs adjusting my posture, pushing on my waist so I bend my knees.
I smile at Cody as he smirks up at me.

"AM I DOING THIS RIGHT CODY?" Colby shouts as Cody's hand starts to move down my leg.

Before I can react, Cody is walking over to Colby glaring.

"So..Cody.. Do we have to stretch our arms out? Like on the TV shows?" I joke, moving the awkwardness away from Cody adjusting Colby's posture.

"If that will help you balance then yes.." He answers.

Finally he steps in between Colby and I, finally finished adjusting Colby.

"Alright. Here's the 5 steps to follow when you get out there... First, paddle in. Second, search for the wave.
Third, swim towards it. Fourth, stand up. Lastly, fifth, Balance.." Cody explains.

We all let out a laugh.

I nod as Cody grabs his board and takes off into the sea.

I follow behind him and start to paddle in. Cody and Colby catch a wave almost immediately as I slowly drift in.

I watch, from my surfboard, as Cody and Colby ride the waves. Colby occasionally doing a flip or two..

I see a wave in the distance and I start to paddle over.

When I reach the wave, I follow Cody's instructions.

Stand.

I quickly hop up.

Balance

I spread my arms out as I finally center myself on my surfboard.

I'm surfing!!! I have never done this! Yayyyy!

I hear Cody and Colby cheering, so I look over.

They scream out my name in celebration.

"See you guys tomorrow!" Colby yells as we climb into the car.

"Did you have fun?" Colby asks, teasingly playing with my hair.

"Yeah! I actually did!" I laugh.

"Great!" Colby blushes.

I know... Nothing big..
Sorry it's short.. I gotta sleep tonight :) I'm gonna be out tomorrow till 1 am at universal with some friends.
