Luna POV

After a few bites, all I could do was gag.

I stood up and washed the bowl out, placing it in the dishwasher.

Why are you eating?
What are you doing to yourself?!

Suddenly, a loud knock came from the door.

At first, I was thankful for the distraction from my terrifying thoughts, however then I heard a familiar voice.

I trembled slightly as I looked at the door.

"Luna! We need to talk!" Cody yelled, pounding on the door.

Oh no..

Colby shot up from his chair, glaring at the door as he walked over to me.

"I can tell him to leave.." Colby explained, pulling his gaze away from the door to me.

Lets hear him and his pity excuses.

"It's okay, we can talk..but only for a moment" I choked.

Suddenly, a pain coursed from my skull.

NO. LUNA. LOOK AT WHAT HE DID.

Bringing my gaze to my arms, I realized I had bruises.

I had never noticed..

Before I could react, Colby was opening the door.

Colby stood in front of me, protectively.

"Luna..." Cody started, stepping closer to me.

Colby flinched and blocked Cody with his body.

"LOOK Cody, I'm only giving you a moment to talk to her.. if you do ANYTHING.. Well, we don't want a repeat from last night..huh?" Colby threatened, chuckling at the end.

"I will be in our room." Colby smirked, trying to seem territorial towards Cody.

Cody gulped loudly as he left the room.

Colby POV

I hated threatening people but when it came down to Luna..I don't know what I will do.

Besides, I want Cody to know she's mine, not his..

Keep her safe Colby.

As I clicked the door shut, I quickly made a U-turn and pressed my ear against the door.

Good.
Protect her

Luna POV

I walked to the couch and sat down, pulling on my sleeves.

Cody followed closely behind and sat down.

"Im sorry. I never would want to hurt you baby girl." Cody apologized.

"..I just can't stand seeing you with..him..I guess that alcohol got the best of me." Cody added.

I waited but Cody just continued to stare at me.

"Is..that it?" I asked, anger growing like a flame.

Cody shrugging and looked down.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS? THATS ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY? THAT THE ALCOHOL GOT THE BEST OF YOU?! CODY! YOU..YOU..VIOLATED ME..ALMOST..RAPED ME..AND THAT'S YOUR BIG APOLOGY?" I screamed.

"IM SORRY. OKAY? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO." Cody snapped, standing up.

"YOUR SUCH A D*UCHEBAG. I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN." I shouted.

Deep down I knew I didn't mean it..

Cody was always there for me but he always took advantage of my insecurities for his own pleasure.

I didn't know what to do either anymore.

"YOU B*TCH. Cody growled.

I knew my words pierced him however I felt the sting.

So im gonna be ending this book on chapter 50 but there will be another book so y'all can survive.
