Chapter 29

Luna POV

Colby slowly rolled to a stop, a few blocks away from Reed's house.

"Why did you stop here?" I ask.

Colby keeps his eyes glued to the house but answers me.

"We have to wait for Devin to get him out, when he does, duck." Colby says as his eyes flicker to the front door opening.

Devin fast walks down the sidewalk to the car, Reed closely behind.

They climb in and begin to drive off.

"Duck!" Colby shouts as we quickly slid down in our seats while the car rolls by.

1...2...3

I laugh as we peek our heads out.

Colby's bangs cling to his forehead.

I move them away, giggling.

"That was close." Colby sighs in relief, jokingly.

"Wow." I say sarcastically .

Colby smirks at me and pulls into the driveway.

We approach Reed's front door.

Colby looks at me, eyes narrowing.

"Close your eyes." He demands.

I give him a questioning look, smiling at his seriousness.

"Come on.." Colby watches me.

"Wwwhhhyyyy?" I whine.

"Ugh."

He groans and gives up, putting his hand over my eyes.

I patiently wait for the Colby to finish whatever he was doing.

I hear movement and suddenly Colby pulls his hand away.

In his other hand, is a key.

"Oh, you could of just told me." I mutter.

Colby chuckles.

"Well, that would of ruined the suspense."

He unlocks the door and swing it open.

We step inside, Colby's hand in mine.

"So we are doing a pool party.." Colby explained as we headed out to the back.

The house was huge, gleaming cream colored walls.

Wooded floors shined up at us.

The stairs leading to more glory the house contained.

When we got outside, there was a large pool, hot tub, and barbeque area.

"Can you help me get out all the pools noodles and stuff?" Colby asked, snapping me out of my gaze.

I nodded and headed back to the car.

It was already pitch black outside when we finished.

The water was a beautiful crystal blue, while pool toys rode the surface.

Lights hung from the walls and we set out some chairs.

We basked in our work when..

"I brought our bathing suits in case, you know." Colby mumbled.

I could tell he was trying not to be too touchy with the subject.

I nod at him, still starring at the pool.

"Also...uh.. can you eat something tonight please? We don't need to go back to the hospital again." Colby says, forcing a laugh.

"Yeah.. I will try, for sure." I answer.

"Thank you baby." Colby smiles in appreciation.

A voice suddenly calls out.

"Hey guys!" Cody yelled as he slipping in through the side gate.

"I got the beer.. and the food!" Cody joked.

His eyes scanned my body but quickly looked away after he noticed Colby's death stare.

Cody POV

Why can't I get her out of my mind?

She's so gorgeous...and now she's with Colby..

We never truely bonded..but I just want her.. I need her..

Colby POV

I rolled my eyes as Cody nervously messed with his hair, setting down the cooler he has brought.

I can't stand the way he looks at her. He's such a f*ck boy. Why cant he just keep it in his pants?

Tried to end it on a funny note..

Speaking of in your pants , why tf are some of you guys messaging me for a smut scene. O_o
