"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb." I say, sighing as the movie ends.
"I've never seen Twilight before, and I thought it is a bunch of emotional, crappy vampire shit, but it isn't." Louis says, taking a handful of popcorn from Niall's bucket. "It's a great movie."
"I know, right?" Liam agrees, nodding his head.
"We should watch the second part as soon as possible," Niall says. I'm so happy that I've made a few more Twilight fans. I glance around the cinema, trying to find Harry. I was so engrossed in the film, as usual, that I totally forgot about everything, and everyone around me. My eyes land on a figure who's sitting in the corner, surrounded by darkness. I get up and head toward Harry.
"What're you doing here? Didn't you watch the movie?" I ask Harry, as I near his hunched over body. He sniffs and shakes his head.
"I-I'm sorry, I had to take care of some urgent business." Harry's voice cracks a couple of times.
"Are you crying?" I say, taking a seat beside Harry. He shakes his head, turning his body away from mine.
"W-Why would I cry? I'm not a pussy." Harry's tone holds no conviction.
"Crying isn't a bad thing. What's wrong?" I place my hand on Harry's shoulder. Why is he upset? I know that Harry has been crying. He's horrible at lying, and covering things up.
"But I'm not." Harry says, turning to face me. Even though it's pretty dark, I can tell that his eyes are puffy. However, I let the topic go because I know that I will not receive any answers from Harry.
"Thank you for doing this." I look around the cinema. "It was great fun." I wrap my arms around Harry and place my chin on his shoulder. "I love you." He hugs me back, but I notice him placing something on the ground before he wraps his arms around me.
"I love you too." Harry's tone is indecipherable. He pulls back, and captures me in a long, sweet kiss. I feel a salty liquid as we kiss. He is crying. This stray tear proves it. I pull back and take Harry's face in mine.
"What's wrong, Harry? I felt your tear." I search Harry's face, and eyes for an answer. However, I don't get one.
"I'm just thinking about what I'll do without you," Harry says.
"Oh, and what's your conclusion?" I ask him, genuinely interested in knowing the answer.
"I'll die." I feel my heart beat stop as he says those words. He can't think in that manner. When I go, someone needs to be here for Darcy. Harry needs to continue his life, and he'll be happy again. I know it.
"No, you won't, silly." I say, laughing. "You're going to move on and be happy. And trust me, I know this because a woman's instincts are always right." Harry looks at me, expressionless.
"I can't live without you, Mus." Harry whispers, embracing me. "I can't." I look up at the ceiling, willing my tears to go back in.
"Harry, why are you even thinking about me leaving you? I'm a tough shell, and I won't leave you so easily. If I do, who's going to bother you? Go against your decisions?" I pull back and get up. "Let's not talk about all of this emotional...crap. We have to go home." I offer Harry my hand and he takes it. Once Harry's up, he bends down to grab something.
"Here's your bag." Harry says, holding it out for me to take.
"Oh, thanks. I completely forgot about it." I say, taking it from him. Shit! Did he read my diary? Gosh, I hope not. I don't think he has, though. If Harry read my diary, he would confront me regarding my condition. Since he hasn't, I'm presuming that he didn't read it.
"Come on, guys!" Harry yells, waving for Liam, Louis and Niall to follow us. "We have a lot of wishes to fulfill."
"Harry, chill. One wish is enough," I say. He shakes his head, smiling.
"No, it isn't. I don't want to have any regrets. We're going on a wish completion mission." I laugh, taking Harry's arm in mine.
"Okay, then. What's first, boss?" I ask Harry.
"We go to Maldives!" Harry says, pumping his fist in the air.
"Maldives? Why?" Niall says, confusion evident on his face.
"Because Mus wants to go parasailing. And the fun of parasailing lies in Maldives," Harry explains.
"Are we invited too?" Louis asks him, eagerly. Harry looks at me.
"Of course! Off we go to Maldives." I imitate Harry's gesture of pumping his fist in the air. Harry chuckles, and places a kiss on my hair.
*********
"That was awesome!" Louis and I yell in unison. It's our second day in the Maldives, and we just did parasailing. Harry, Niall and Liam, chose to stay at the beach, and sunbathe. However, Louis is a good sport, and he decided to tag along with me.
"Wish two, check." I murmur, passing my hand through my wet hair. Before we went parasailing, Harry and I were playing around in the water. Harry kept tugging me into the water. I smile at the thought.
"Louis, I'm going to head back to the hotel," I say.
"Okay. I think we'll meet up at the bar."
"The one at the beach?" Louis nods his head. "Okay." I want to bathe, and have a snack. Parasailing, and the beach, have exhausted me. Harry has been so protective recently. He's always around, always touching me, though I'm not complaining. Harry planned our trip so quickly. We left Singapore the day after we watched Twilight. He's a miracle worker. I unlock the room door and enter, placing the key in it's slot. Hastily, I head toward the kitchen, eager to place something in my mouth.
"Food? Food?" I murmur, as I open the fridge. I know that Niall has stalked up on food items, but I'm not sure if they're in this fridge or his. There's nothing here, except for a couple of apples, and bananas, and I've never been one to eat healthy. Food swirling around in my mind, I head toward Niall's room. He has to have food in the mini-fridge that's in his room. I enter Niall's room, frowning at the mess that's on his dressing table. Housekeeping came, but I don't think they wanted to touch his personal belongings. So they left his dressing table littered with half eaten chip packets, soda cans, and a lot of other food items. I open the cupboard, and then the fridge door. Sure enough, the fridge is filled with every food item. Heck, Niall even has burgers stacked in this heavenly thing called a fridge. I take out a bag of chips, and head out toward Harry and my room. I sit down on the bed and switch on the television. As I'm changing channels, my eyes land on my bag that's lying next to the television table. My diary must be in there. Settling for a music channel, I throw the remote beside me and get up to grab my bag. Sure enough, my diary is in here, alongside my camera and pen. I take out all three items, and settle down on the bed once more. I take out the page where I wrote my first wish and cross it out. As I'm flipping to the next page, a few photos fall out of the diary. Oh, I totally forgot about these. I wish I had tape right now. I'll buy some tape today so that I can stick these photos underneath the first wish. I flip over to my second wish and cross it out. I wonder how these photos got in here. Maybe Harry placed him in. If I know anything about Harry, I can tell with surety that he has read my diary. Even if he found this to be the most boring thing in the world, he would still read it because I banned him from doing so. Why isn't he saying anything? Is this the reason why he's so protective all of a sudden? Is this the reason why he's making such an effort to fulfill my wishes? Gosh, I hope not.
