"Hi." I happily say to Liam.
"Hi to you to." He smiles. "Come in." I nod and take a few steps into the apartment. Liam closes the door after me.
I take a look around the apartment. It's not bad, it's actually very beautiful. To the right is a small wooden kitchen. To the left is a big TV on a wooden cupboard and in front of it is a wooden coffee table. Opposite the TV is a big gray couch. In the middle of the room is a wooden table and around it are 4 matching chairs. On the left is a big glass door, which leads to the terrace. And the terrace overlooks the ocean and the beach, so the view is amazing. Opposite to where I am standing are two doors.
"You have a very cool apartment." I compliment.
"It's nothing special, really." I turn to Liam. "Would you like something to drink?" He moves to the kitchen.
"I'm good, thanks." Liam nods. "I brought the DVDs." I pull them out of my bag and show it to Liam.
"Which one do you want to watch first?" Liam asks and I follow him to the couch.
"You choose. I really don't care which one we watch first." We both sit down on the couch and I put my bag on the floor next to the couch. Liam examines both DVDs in his hands.
"I want to watch Gone girl first. If you don't mind." I chuckle at how fast he said the last sentence.
"Why would I mind?" He only shrugs his shoulders and gets up to set up the movie.
I examine him from behind while he is setting up the movie. The white t-shirt he is wearing suits him. He is also wearing gray sweatpants. I don't know why, but my eyes land on his ass. He has a great ass. How come I haven't noticed that before?
"Okay ... I'll just turn off the lights and shut the curtains." I nod and take off my shoes.
Soon, he joins me on the couch and sits beside me. He is so close to me that our shoulders are touching. He presses play and the movie begins to play.
"Is it scary?" He asks quietly.
"Why?" I look at him. He shrugs his shoulders. "Is Liam scared?" I tease and pout.
"I am not scared. I am just asking." He says and I laugh.
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding." I put my hands up in defense. "And no, it's not scary." I reassure him. "Now watch the damn movie."
The whole movie passes by. Liam looks at me confused. I give him a questioning look.
"Why would she do that?" He exclaims and I laugh.
"She was bored. She wanted something exciting to happen in her life." I explain.
"She is a fucking lunatic."
"Plus, she didn't want her husband to leave her."
"She is still fucking stupid." I playfully roll my eyes at Liam. I shift, so I am sitting criss cross and facing Liam. "She didn't have to kill the poor guy! And she killed him during sex! That is so fucking mean!" I begin to laugh at him.
"Anyway, did you like the movie?"
"Yes, but she's still a fucking lunatic."
"See, I said it's worth watching." Liam nods in agreement. "Do you want to watch the next movie or ..."
"How about we just take a short break?" I nod in agreement.
"Where is the bathroom?" I ask and stand up from the couch. Liam does the same and I follow him to the door on the right.
