I am making pasta for myself for a very late dinner. Yesterday was Saturday and I've not moved from the couch, except to go to the bathroom, to get food or to bed to sleep. I kind of hoped to get a text from Andy, but I guess since I blew up on him the night before our friendship is kind of over. He thought I liked him more than a friend two times now and I hope I made it clear to him. I told him my feelings towards Liam and I hope he will stop trying for us to be more than friends. But, now I guess we'll not even speak to one another anymore.

I hear the doorbell go off, which makes me wake up from the short daydream. Who could be at the door? I haven't invited anyone. Maybe Tina forgot her key.

"I'll be right there!" I call from the kitchen and turn off the stove in the process.

I go out of the room and reach for the doorknob, opening the door. I get confused as to seeing Bryce standing there with his hands stuck in his pockets. He looks up to me and I see he is worried.

"Hey, Darcy." He greets me.

"Hi?" I say a bit confused. "What are you doing here?"

"Is Tina here?" I furrow my eyebrows even more than they already are.

"No? Why would she be here? I texted her yesterday and she texted me back saying she's with you." I close the door after Bryce steps into the house.

"She's not with me, so I thought she would be home. But I haven't heard from her for a whole day, so I decided to pop up here." This doesn't add up. I texted Tina yesterday, asking her where she was and why she didn't come home. I got an answer saying she's with Bryce and not to worry. But guess what; I am worried now.

"When was the last time you saw her?" I think I know what's going on. But I am hoping it's not true.

"She walked home the night of the fair, we kissed and said goodbye. That's the last time I spoke to her or anything." What the actual fuck?

"I think I know where she is." My theory has to be 100% true. I do not like it one tiny bit.

"Do you think she's okay?" Bryce asks panicked.

"I am going to go get her and I promise I'll get her home." I say to Bryce and open the front door for him. "You go home and don't worry about anything, okay? It's girl stuff, you know?" I lie to Bryce. I can't have him thinking Tina's in danger; even though she probably is.

"Call me when she gets home." I nod to him and slam the door in his face quickly. I realize it was a mean thing to do, but I can't think about being nice to anyone right now.

I race up the stairs and to my room. I quickly change into the high wasted black ripped shorts and a simple black tank top. On my feet, I put the black Converse. I grab the one thing, which I hoped all along I will not need, but do; the 9mm gun.

The phone, which rings as I race down the stairs rings. "Yeah?" Ben's husky voice sounds from the other end.

"Rider has Tina. Where are you guys hiding?" I quickly say into the phone.
