Slow motion

It felt as if the world was moving in slow motion. I couldn't believe what I had just seen.

These two boys who had known each other for what they felt was their whole lives, two best friends, two boys part of an amazing group that could make millions of people around the world smile just by hearing their voices, two boys that have been through so much to get to where they wanted to go. Two boys who risked all this for a girl. And that girl was me.

"Jimin!" I shouted, "Stop!" but it was too late. The damage was done.

Jimin stood back and stared at Suga in shock. He looked as if he couldn't believe what he had just done. Yoongi was knelt down on the floor his hand over his face. When he pulled his hand away, it came back stained with blood. The pretty girl next to him stood in disbelief, staring at the two boys, her mouth open with shock.

I felt as if I was paralysed. Not only could I not move, but my brain couldn't quite come to terms with what had happened, or decide what it was going to do next.

I cared about both of these boys so much. I never wanted them to get hurt. But I hurt them and now they were hurting each other. I was selfish and foolish and I didn't think. I acted before I thought about the consequences.

Suddenly Yoongi got up. He just looked at Jimin. Straight in the eye. Tears were in both of the boys eyes and they just looked at each other for what felt like minutes but for what was really only a few seconds.

"Suga I...Mianhae" Jimin stuttered.

"Don't worry about it" Suga shoved past Jimin and started heading in my direction.

Within a few seconds Suga was standing in front of me. Blood painted his face, covering his delicate freckles and a bruise was already forming underneath his eye. I wave of guilt hit me and I looked at him. He never deserved any of this...

"Suga I never meant for this to happen, I'm so s-"

"I've heard enough apologies for one day" he interrupted me.

I expected him to shove past me like he did with Jimin but before I could process what was happening he pulled me into a kiss. At first he was gentle but then he became more passionate. The kiss was full of longing and desire. I tried to pull away but he held me in place, wrapping his arms around my waist. His breath was hot on mine and he became more aggressive each time our lips touched, like he wanted something more but didn't quite know what that was. His lips tasted of blood and sweat and I felt his heart beat against mine as he pulled me deeper into his arms. He brushed my hair out of my face, his hands soft on my skin. In that moment I forgot about everything that had happened, just taking in what it felt like to feel his lips on mine again. He smelt of cologne and perfume. The perfume smelt sweet and rosy, like something a girl would wear. I opened my eyes and pushed myself away from the embrace of Min Yoongi, remembering seeing him absorbed in the kiss of another girl just moments before. I felt breathless and light headed as I watched Suga open his eyes. A short moan escaped from him.

All realisation came back to me and I took in my surroundings. We were stood under the same blossom tree that me and Jimin were underneath earlier. I stumbled backwards, trying to catch sight of Jimin. But he was nowhere to be seen. The pain of watching the kiss had been too much for him. He had left.

I felt hot tears streaming down my face in anger and frustration. The girl Suga had been with earlier walked up to us. The expression on her face was emotionless. She turned to Suga and pointed her finger at his face, "You" she said, "need to make your mind up." Then she turned to me,

"And you" I looked at her, "You don't deserve either of these boys."

She walked away into the distance, and that was the last I ever saw of her.
